Was gifted a voucher by colleagues…

Was gifted a voucher by colleagues after an accident. When the food arrived some of the cartons were damaged and there were bits of broken plastic in the energy balls. I was missing 2 dishes and when I contacted the company they weren't apologetic and offered to refund the original purchaser rather than send me the meals. As this was a gift I didn't want my colleague to know it didn't work out so I let it go. Wouldn't deal with them again
