Terrible company!!! Ordered 2 blankets in November 2018 and still have not received them over a year later!!! What a rip off!!! They stopped responding to my emails in April of 2019. Wish I would have read the Reviews before I purchased these quilts.. lesson learned

Update to previous post.....two days after I posted the prior comment, I received a package in the mail. The package was ripped in half. Inside the package was a very thin, poorly made quilt - 1 of 3 that I previously ordered thru Amelia Quilt....which quickly became Ecrafta Quilts. the package was originally mailed from China *although the company was listed in Oregon)....it spend two months in New Jersey, before it was mailed to me.....Still waiting on quilts #2 and #3. Reported both companies to the BBB and the states AG back in December....keep sharing - the more BAD publicity we can give these crooks, the better!

After reading some of the reviews, I feel lucky in some ways. I ordered 2 cat quilts from Ecrafta name du jour Weird Stuff.

Eventually, 1 cat quilt showed up and so I felt like my money wasn't totally wasted. The second quilt arrived but it was an Oklahoma Sooners quilt and definitely not what was ordered. I sent an email to the support address and never got a response. So that quilt sits in the packaging...anyone want a Oklahoma Sooner's quilt for the cost of postage?

What a scam!! Ordered a quilt in November and it never arrived though they said it had been shipped in December. Do not waste your money. I made a big mistake by not checking other reviews before I placed an order. Now e-mail inquiries are returned - "undeliverable."

I ordered a dragon quilt around the holidays. I saw reviews after I ordered and became concerned. I started emailing the vendor and a global Asia DHL tracking number was given to me. I realized the orders are coming literally from China. For months I watched this tracking number and my quilt was hung up in Shanghai. Early March I contacted DHLAsia with my emails to the vendor and tracking number asking why is this hung up in Shanghai. First week of April it was in the USPS and on April 9 I received my quilt. I agree the service is horrible. I would st go back to your email from the vendor and see if a tracking or order number was sent. Follow from vendor to DHL have all your back up to help expedite matters. Just a little helpful hint to make sure you did not loose your money.

Ordered my quilt 12/4/2018!!! Still today NO QUILT!! I also paid by PayPal. My quilt was ordered as Joyce’s Quilt....I wrote about 6-7 emails from end of December...I got a couple answers, but that was about 6 weeks ago, now server can’t send them any emails as it shows their server has failed!!!!! It is one of the biggest shams I’ve seen online...Don’t trust them at all!!!! I hope they are enjoying themselves on all our money. I had ordered a king size Snowman, I’m a fool for Christmas/Winter....it will be a long time before I order online....

I ordered my 2 king size quilts in November and PayPal paid this company there money. In January they said my shipment was on the way. Now it’s April and still no product. I’ve tried to contact this vendor with no successful reply information. Now since February there no reply’s from them at all.
PayPal is not responding to my request to get my money back. I’m so disappointed in both businesses.

Ordered a quilt in October, still have not received. Emails (payment at imediavn dot com) to them getting returned.

Has anyone ever received a quilt from this so called company? They stold my credit card information and made charges. They took our hard earned money. What can we do? I ordered mine before Christmas. They keep emailing me with excuses. They need to be stopped!!

Terrible customer service placed my order on October and never received it or my money back.i emailed them at least 50 times and now they changed thier email address . I placed a complaint with the better business bureau.

I wish I had looked at this before I ordered! My story is just like everyone else's! Saw an Ad and it was Christmas and I ordered a Blanket for my Mom....which I still have not received!😠😠😠😠 I will looking at reviews before ever buying anything in line again! 😰😰

How do we get our money back from these people? I am like all the rest on here and have not received a product I ordered in late October.

My mistake here was to trust that Paypal & their guarantee would protect my purchase if this turned out to be a scam. It was only after Paypal asked me to return the product to an address in Hong Kong that did not have a zipcode & then did not respond to my inquiries, that I went searching & found out many people had been scammed as well. I don't understand how these companies are allowed to keep doing business with companies like Paypal with so many complaints. I guess all the facebook reviews were scams as well.

I ordered the buffalo quilt back in November 2018 and still haven’t received it. I send emails and get the same results. Don’t order from them again

Doesn’t deserve even one star. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!! Ordered three quilts in November! E-mailed them several times with no satisfaction. No quilts for Christmas!! Finally got two of them in Jan. and Feb. Still no signs of the third one!! They weren’t worth it anyway!! Pitiful little thin quilts with no batting at all! Like two thin sheets sewed together!

They will take your hard earned money and run! They will RIP you off..I ordered a Chihuahua Quilt for myself cause I lost my Baby Jena on thanksgiving day of 2018..They had a Quilt with a chihuahua on it that looked just like her.. I ordered it on November 12th 2018 and here it is March 2019 and have not received it..So like most of the rest of these people that has commented I got ripped off..No Refund, No Response, No answers, No Quilt!!! Very disheartened that a company will RIP people off..
So SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't order..

I ordered my quilt in November. I received an email on Dec. 8, 2018 saying it was ready to ship. I still do not have my quilt.

I have emailed several times and get told "Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry for the incident. We have a large amount of goods to be shipped at the end of the year, so we deliver your order later than usual. We will update you with the tracking as soon as possible. We apologize again for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience."

I have received that same email at least four times from different people. Now, they are not answering me at all.

Worst online experience I have had. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift.... Maybe I will get it by next Christmas. (I doubt).

I ordered a quilt back in November hope to get it by Christmas , the y have not delivered as of yet . sent me a tracking number but the gentleman at DHL said they never took possession of the quilt . they got the money and ran, sorry company, cannot even get a refund back because the will NOT respond . it was a dachshund blanket 7000059 queen size. NO !!! donot do business with this people please
