This company is horrible if it is even a company. I ordered a quilt as a Christmas present over a month ago. I have been back and forth with emails and they appear to be automated responses and I just keep getting put off.. No quilt and no shipping confirmation or tracking number...DO NOT order from this scam!!!

First of all...I want to advise all of you, that the images on these quilts have been stolen from the artists...so, please don't blame the artists.

I ordered one of the Westie quilts, because one of the images on the quilt was actually MY DOG. It was a portrait done of her by a very famous artist, and when I saw it...I could not resist. Immediately after ordering, I realized it was a scam and I asked for my order to be cancelled. They would not respond to my e-mails, and when they finally did....they said my quilt was in process, so they could not cancel the order.

I ordered my quilt on 11-28. They sent an e-mail on 12-16 saying my quilt was done and ready for shipment. Now, today they sent an e-mail saying that it is en route to the DHL e-commerce distribution center as of 12-27.

I have repeatedly sent them nasty e-mails calling them scammers, liars and thieves. That is the only way I have gotten them to reply to me, other that the standard "we will review" blah, blah, blah.

I have decided to wait a few more days, before filing a claim with my cc company, but I wanted you all to know, that they have not only stolen our money, they have infringed on the copyrights of the artists.

wish I could rate a big fat 0 !! ordered 2 adults dec 2, no quilts ever came! they messaged and said they are shipped but no tracking number! I payed with credit card so I can't we even get a refund! very disappointed

Just like the rest of you. I ordered a quit for a Christmas gift and it never came, Robot replies to all inquiries and no positive action at ALL! I really wanted the quilt but now I really want a refund. I will work on that today. I wish I would have read reviews prior. Bad on Facebook for allowing this behavior, Never again!

I don’t understand how FB allows this kind of fraudulent activity. I too was suckered in. Ordered one of “only six in stock” in early December to arrive by Christmas. Recvd bogus excuse about having to send out for mfg. This is BS. Who knows if this isn’t funding Isis, or drug trafficking or any number of other illegal activities. Hoping someone nails these b......s.

Same story for me as well. Ordered a quilt on November 18th just to hear nothing and try contacting them and received one response saying it was sent out to be made and then nothing but a bogus tracking number on January 4th. They will not respond to any of my emails anymore either. So upsetting, I ordered this as a Christmas gift as well and now out the $65.00. Disgusting people and I hope they get caught.

I ordered 2 quilts on December 7 2018 for Christmas and have yet to received them and it is now Jan 5, 2019. I have written and written to find out status. No response. I will never order from them again. I'm gonna be trying to get my money back

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because that is what they deserve. I ordered a twin size quilt from a company called Amelia Quilt on November 18, 2018, still haven't received my quilt, it's now 01/04/2019. They sent me some tracking information but when you check on the tracking it is some vague information not listing the exact whereabouts the package is located, I finally filed a dispute with Paypal and I guess they had no better results of contacting the merchant either because Paypal found in my favor and I got my money back.

Same story as everyone else. Never received my quilt, no response, etc... I found out these people have operated under at least 4 other domain/store names. They are scam artist. Create a new store under a new domain, collect a bunch of payments, and then close up shop never sending the products. They wait awhile and then do it again. Sumbags... I am going through my AMEX to get my money back. Best of luck to the rest of you on getting your money back!

Same experience as everyone else unfortunately!! Ordered 2 quilts for Christmas presents 11/20 and have not received anything. I have contacted them 4 times and no response. I did finally receive a shipping conformation for one of the quilts in december after my 2nd attempt to contact them but the shipping activity stops december 12th. I went to post office to have them try to track from the original DHL shipper and they think the tracking number is bogus!! So disgusted!! Obviously going to be out $120.00.

Looks like I had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered Nov. 19 and still have not received. I contacted them and they keep telling me it takes time to make. I asked for a refund and said not to bother sending and they said it was on the way (that was 3 weeks ago!).

Where else can I write a review so that I can help others not get scammed!

Ecrafta, what can be said other than SCAM! PayPal credited my money back after trying to contact the company but no response. Believe it or not did receive the so called patchwork quilts, sad!!!! Even had lot# printed in corner. Today my mailman left me a notice that they tried to deliver certified letter addressed to me from Ling Ling! Has anyone else recd anything like this. Haven’t tried to call PO to check where the letter is from. But I gave a feeling!

I ordered 2 twin quilts on November 19 and received them on December 24. I am one of the few I guess that actually received a product. HOWEVER, what I thought would be a "twin" size quilt measures 41" x 37" so you can imagine my surprise. Plus, the quality of the workmanship is bad along with quality of the actual product. It does not feel like there is any actual "quilting" material between the front and back pieces of material. So when I opened this, I was so disappointed and then went online to discover it was a scam. Wow. I should know better than to trust FACEBOOK. I have initiated a request via PayPal for a refund so here goes nothing.

I ordered a quilt in early November and still haven't received it. I just read that this company is a scam on FB.Looking to see if my bank will help getting my money back.

I ordered a quilt in November for a Xmas gift and it never arrived. Wish I had seen these reviews about this company before I ordered. Just contacted my bank to contest the charges. Do not do business with this company.

Please do not be fooled by this scam company. There is nothing "hand crafted" about these "quilts". You can get better made ones anywhere for a cheaper price. The prints on these abominations are very hazy and difficult to make out. In fact, they look macabre! Please save your money.

1. Shipping laster for 4 (four) months!
2. The quality of t-shirts is sooo bad, they are synthetic (
3. The prints are just awful( not painted in some parts
4. They hadn't send me 3 tees I've ordered, instead sent some on their opinion.

Ordered as a Christmas gift It said only 3 left order now to get in time for Christmas! DIDN'T GET MY ORDER !I HAVE EMAILED THEM LIKE 10 TIMES !no response. I WILL BE CALLING PAYPAL TOMORROW!! THIS IS A SCAM DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
