When/IF you get your quilt (after months and months of waiting) it will be about a third of the size described. I ordered a twin size and finally about 4 months later received a two-sided small crib-sized printed cotton material sewn together. It's trying to look like a quilt but has none to little batting inside. Very thin. The DHL tracking number was my first clue when I looked it up months before it delivered and it said it weighed less than a half a lb. I thought a twin size quilt should definitely weigh more than that so I was not sure what I would be getting. Took a long time but got my money back from PayPal. At least now I know what to look for when a so-called "company" is trying to rip me off.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I ordered a quilt in November saying it would be delivered in 2 weeks. On Dec 8th I received an email saying it was ready for shipping. After emailing them to see where it was with no response, I received an email from Tania on the Dec.19th saying ii was shipped. Christmas came and went still no quilt which was a Christmas present. After sending more emails with no response, on Jan. 2nd Tania notified me that my quilt was in transit. It is now Feb.29th and still no quilt. KEEP IN MIND - THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT IN NOVEMBER WHEN I ORDERED THE QUILT. I have not heard anything since Jan 2nd and my money has not been refunded, after I sent an email demanding a return of my money. i believe the BIBLE says "thou shall not steal" I would really appreciate some help with this. Thank You.

I, like many other people in the reviews, have not received my quilt and it has been since November. It is now the last day of February and they are saying it has been shipped. They have said that since the first part of January and still no quilt. Unlike several people, I have gotten emails from them when I ask where the quilt is, but they just say it has been shipped. After reading the reviews, I don't hold out much hope that it will be worth having if it ever makes its way to me. Don't buy from these people. Either it is a scam or they were so small that they got overwhelmed and couldn't produce what they said they could. I am pretty disappointed.

Terrible, I ordered in November still no quilts, I ordered 2 and they are so rude they don’t even respond to any emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, politeness is not in their vocabulary. At least if they would let me know where my quilts are it would be wonderful but no ...no information at all!!!

This company is absolute GARBAGE!!!! I am waiting on 2 quilts I ordered in October and it is nearly March!!! they only answer emails when I want a refund and make every excuse possible on why its so slow!!!

If I could deter people away from this and give 0 stars I would!!

Horrible!! Ordered a quilt in November it’s now almost March still no item no response to text. They said it’s on its way but tracking stops on February 2. No way to figure out what’s going on. Do not order from this company

Like many others, I ordered a quilt the first of November. Got an email after Christmas I would be notified when it was sent out. I never received it. Contacted PayPal and they had closed my dispute. Not a happy camper. DO NOT recommend doing business with thieves.

I'm still waiting for my blanket.ordered it in October and we are in February.I keep messaging them nothing.Oh they take your money BUT never get the blanket.BEWARE of this company.Thanks for ruining my daughters special surprise.And for ripping me out of money!!!!!

I want to say this is the worst company I have dealt within a long time. I understand that this is a blanket and its hand made. But it's been 4 months and we had to contact them in Dec. We haven't got the blanket yet and its Feb 14th. Wow@ I will never do business with you again.

This company is BOGUS! They also use the company names EmmaCotton and Printlabel. By now, they probably alfready have a few more. I closed my account with PayPal because of this company.

PayPal is just as bad as them because they let them use their services to GET the money from customers but they either don't send them anything or, in my case, sent something that was NOWHERE near what I ordered! And I had to do all of the research for PayPal to figure out the companyname that actually used them! What a crock of crap. I got ripped off $60. Oh, I could have gotten $25 credit and that was only because I had to pay the $35 shipping back to China. SERIOUSLY??

Go to PayPal and type in any of those names and read their community forum. I can't count how many others got ripped off from this company and PayPal wouldn't refund them either. I just donated the crappy quilt. Maybe somebody can use it to line a catbox.

Worst seller online - ever. Took months to get the quilt and when it came it was cheaply made by machine. Not patchwork but a solid printed fabric with machine stitching. Small, lightweight and could not have cost 50 cents to make - if that. Total bait and sell FRAUD.

I ordered a queen size Chow quilt back on November 27th. On December 8th I received an email stating that my quilt was finished and ready for shipping and once it was shipped I would receive a DHL tracking number. I never received a tracking number so on December 24th, since this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, I sent a reply to the email I received stating that the product was ready to ship to inquire about the status. I received an automated response saying someone would address the email in a day or two. That time passed and I sent another email and finally received an email back from someone named Tania who said they were sorry but they were backlogged due to the number of orders they received at the end of the year and basically did not address the issue that the original email said the product was done and ready to ship and said they would send an email with the tracking number once it shipped. Again, nothing. I sent a 3rd email to no avail this time and have yet to get the product I paid for. Since I paid for it through PayPal I have filed a complaint and it is currently in their resolution state. I don't even want the product now at all and just want a refund. After doing some further research I found this site with all of these horrible reviews stating the same thing. This company is nothing but a front for fraudulent sales and should be shutdown and prosecuted for defrauding the consumer. Stay away from this company or any other offering these types of "custom" quilts. I'm sure they are all related some way.

Ordered quilt and shirt in Nov. Still not here. No response to e-mails. One star is too high of a rating.

I ordered a blanket , the dragonfly for my mom for Christmas. It is smaller than a baby blanket. There is no way to contact the company, have sent multiple emails, and no way to get my money back. Scam!
Update I have went to my credit card company and started a dispute against this company to get my money back. My credit card company was great to work with...took only a few minutes...and even if I don't get my money back , least I put up a fight!!!

My family ordered a twin size blanket in Nov for a Christmas gift. Not only did it not arrive until a FULL MONTH after Christmas, the "twin size" blanket that cost something in the area of 50.00+ was not even as big as a BABY blanket!!!! Material not even as thick as a thin towel, and not nearly as soft. DO NOT buy from this rip-off company!!! If it was possible, I would rate this experience with a negative number on the number scale!!!

Ordered a quilt for a Christmas gift back in October. I still hadn't received it even though I've contacted the company many times. Only response I received was you will get a tracking number when package ships. My last email I informed them I would be filing a dispute with Paypal and did receive my refund today. Do Not order from this company.

I wish there was a no star rating!
And I wish I had of read the comments before I purchased my quilt!
And I wish my quilt was a quilt as advertised. It is a flimsy bit of "made in China" piece of rubbish!
And I wish that it came on time but after ordering it on November 15th it arrived on the 18th January.
And I wish never to deal with them again
And I wish to get a refund for bad advertising and long delays in receiving the product...but that will never happen I know that!
Finally I wish that this firm would be honest with its customers.

Ordered 2 quilts black Friday weekend 2018. The images they show where amazing. I thought I was getting a great deal. Paid through paypal. I emailed them several time about the status of the quilts as they were Christmas gifts. Only response was we are working on it. Finally contacted my bank about a refund. They credited me back the money. Then I contacted paypal. Paypal reviewed the the emails and such and refunded the bank back. 2 months later finally got one of the quilts in the mail. IT IS ATROCIOUS. Not a quilt at all. it is just printed on a piece of material which is all blurry and not even padded. The two thin pieces are sewn together in a quilted pattern. Nothing spectacular. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. Glad I got a refund.

Same story as everyone else... I ordered the quilt on Nov 1. Received an email that it shipped on Dec7. Received a tracking number from PayPal on jan 16. Didn’t receive any info on WHO the tracking number is with, can’t get a response from the company. Have no idea where the quilt is or if it even exists. So frustrated.
