Can't get zero stars

Can't get zero stars, but need it. After order could not get any info, went on for 6 wks. Looked at reviews on this site and called Paypal and managed to get money back. This should not be allowed on Facebook since it is obviously a scam!

Scammers

Scammers. Warning Warning! The item will take forever to arrive and once there it will not be anything close to what you paid for. But wait it only starts here. When you try to get a refund they require a return. That’s when you discover they are in China which will cost more than the item is actually worth. But you send it back because you want your original money back. They will never confirm they received it and USPS can’t confirm tracking internationally. Your screwed! PayPal refuses to help but wait! PayPal is making money also the more scams the more money they too make! Again stay away!

I actually fell for this

I actually fell for this, and I should know better. I did go to the effort of googling Amelia Quilt before ordering and it appeared to be a legit company on Amazon with a great rating. I thought for sure if this was a fake copy cat that Amelia Quilt would be working hard to shut them down so they wouldn't negatively impact their reputation. I did not see Ecrafta any where on the site I ordered from. I received a reply this morning after inquiring yesterday why it had not arrived yet, after they sent me an email on Dec 10 telling me it was finished and would be shipped out. I thought that was odd considering when I ordered, the website said there were only 2 left, which I do realize was a 'fear of loss' tactic that sales people use to get you to take immediate action. I even laughed about it when I was explaining to my daughter how excited I was that I had something 'special' coming for her for Christmas. I do think they use a 'string along' strategy with the updates and responses to keep us waiting long enough that the credit card companies pay them, making it harder to get refunds, or reverse charges. I am surprised Facebook would allow sponsored ads from scams like this, which is where I found the link to order this imaginary product. Looks like it's going to take time out of my busy life to deal with the credit card company, and try to find the actual product from a legit company so my daughter isn't left without her Christmas present.

Getting a Refund

My quilt was charged to my Discover credit card. I filed a complaint about the non-existent company at 9:00 am today and got the refund to my credit card account later this afternoon. Now I can buy my son another Christmas gift since the money is refunded. Discover gets five big stars for investigating and returning my money.

Ordered a quilt on December 2 for $65

Ordered a quilt on December 2 for $65. I found the add with the beautiful quilts on Facebook. Since then the page cannot be found. For a few days there was one for Ecrafta. On December 10 received an email saying the order was complete and would be shipping. Low and behold, it has not shipped and the scammers who do happen to monitor the email send automated messages. After I demanded my money back they have quit responding to my emails. Oh, and the December 10 email saying it was complete...one of the few non automated messages said that it was a glitch in their system. SURE!

I ordered a quilt Sept 1

I ordered a quilt Sept 1, 2018, and sent them several emails. They responded to the first 2 approx 2 months later and told me to be patient. My remaining emails are no longer getting thru. They withdrew my money the day I ordered the quilt. I researched and there seems to be no other way (ie.. phone, address) to contact them. DO NOT trust this company!!!
