I also got scammed ordered a Cleveland Indians quilt on Nov. 22 for a Christmas present. Said my ordered was processed but no details on when it would be delivered. Emailed the company they answered saying their staff was reviewing my order that was three weeks ago and nothing. Sent another email this week saying I needed to know when my quilt would be arriving nothing. I am also going to dispute this with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

Same here...ordered Nurse Quilt Nov 30th, got confirmation email stating will be notified but have not. I’ve emailed and get same automated messages. When I click on view order web page does not exist. Still waiting for quilt. Did call PayPal yesterday to see if they’ve had a lot of complaints on this company and said they cannot tell me that information.?? WHAT? Yes no info can be given on this company from PayPal. So after reading all your complaints I’m going to call and cancel my order as it’s also a Christmas present. FB needs to remove Ecrafta ads...
Jan14th....STILL NO QUILT😡 Trying STILL to resolve and get money back...these folks are scam artists as they did finally provide a tracking number thru DHL but it doesn’t work? Comes up with an error in number

I wanted to give them zero stars but it isn't an option. Never received my order, never got a reply to any of my inquiries, never spoke with a live person, but they sure took my $$$ real quick. I am in the process of disputing this charge with Mastercharge. Do not risk ordering from these crooks.

Update I got my money back from the CC company.

2nd update... the quilt I ordered finally arrived 10 weeks after I purchased it. It is the wrong quilt, wrong size, and very cheaply made. The quilt is very thin and is not pieced together... really it is just two cheap fabric pieces poorly sewn together and stamped with a picture....the wrong picture.

Same as all the other complaints. Ordered day after Thanksgiving. Now December 18th and no response to emails with no delivery and payment processed through paypal. Putting a dispute in place for refund. These people are scam artists.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Ordered a shirt on August 25th. It arrived at my sister's house TODAY. That's 16.5 weeks later. 16.5!!!!!! And it's the WRONG SHIRT. I emailed their customer service and said if I don't get a refund I will be reporting their company. This has to stop.

I ordered my quilt at the end of November and got an email stating that my quilt was ready on Dec. 10. No shipping information yet! When I inquire i get the same automated email please be patient. I just want a tracking number to make sure I am getting what I paid for and not a big headache and scam artist.

Still no shipping information and I have filed a report with PayPal. I hope to either get my product or my money back.

I have had the same exact experience others wrote of, down to non-existance of tracking numbers, no email response. Just took 5 min on the phone with my credit card co to get my money back. I encourage everyone to call thier c c company. The sooner the better.

I also got scammed. I ordered two camping quits and the money was taken right away. I still have not received the quilts. I sent 2 emails and have not gotten a reply as if yet. I also can no longer find the web page for Amelia quilts. This needs to be stopped they are making alot of money off of people.

SCAM..I got screwed too for 3 quilts..Wish I saw this earlier..These people need to be arrested.

Totally got scammed like everyone else. I ordered a Dragonfly quilt over a month ago, got a confirmation of the order but never anything on shipping. No response to 3 different emails I've sent. I have filed a claim with my credit card company but we'll see. Sure wish FB would take them off...maybe they have by now as I don't see the ads any more.

UPDATE! Dec 17 - Got my money fully refunded today by my bank!

Ordered at quilt on Nov 15 for $49.91. Emacotton sent me an email with a DHL & USPS tracking information. I have clicked on "Track Shipment" everyday only to get messages that there is nothing to show on USPS' site. I only tonight discovered that they are a scam!
I first went directly to DHL & USPS' sites only to discover that both tracking #'s are invalid! I then Googled Emacotton and that is when I discovered that it is a scam! I have just notified my bank and tomorrow I will file a complaint with Paypal to hopefully get my money back. One other interesting thing I just discovered is that on Dec 5, I had posted the quilt's photo I ordered on my Facebook timeline only to find that it has oddly disappeared! I also checked under my FB "My Activity" and there's nothing showing my post there either! Very strange! Steer clear of this Ecrafta/Emacotton company!

I ordered a quilt through "bella quilts" through a facebook ad my mom had sent to us (she really wanted to alabama blanket for christmas). When I first purchased the order On November 12th I received a confirmation email with a link that I could view my order. A few days later wanting to see an update, I click the same link and I receive a "oops that page cannot be found" error. I email the company on November 14th and notice its under ecrafta wanting an update and they respond on November 16th that it has been sent out for production and they will send a shipping update as soon as its available. On November 30th I email the company again as I hadn't received a response in 2 weeks and get no reply. On December 2nd I read reviews and realize this was a bogus company and contact paypal to file a claim. The seller had 10 days to respond and of course they respond, but not to me, they only respond to paypal with the same message I got on November 16th that it is out for production and they will send a shipping update as its available. They only reason I knew they responded was due to me calling paypal again to get an update. I let them know they gave me that same response a month ago so I have filed a claim and they must refund me within 10 days now. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase. I learned my lesson.

Sadly, I too was a victim of the Amelia Quilt scam on Facebook. They said my quilt would be shipped on Dec 5 and they would send me a tracking code but now nothing. After reading these reviews I believe I’ve been had as well. I ordered the nurse quilt as the perfect gift for my daughter who is a nursing student for Xmas. How can they be stopped?

I ordered 2 quilts the first part of November and emailed the company after a couple of weeks to get an update. No response. I emailed them again and told them one of the quilts was for my supervisor and our office holiday party is mid-December and I need to have that particular quilt by then. Still no response. As everyone else said - there's no phone number to call. So, I am out $60 for a quilt for my boss and another $60 for one I wanted.

I am VERY angry at Facebook for advertising this "company". That's how I found out about them and now I'm out $120.

Do NOT order anything from them it is a scam. They will not respond to your emails.

Only put a start cause I had to. Was tagged in a post on FB, for a cute tee of a bright yellow unicorn head with red glittery softball stitching. Orders it in the beginning of August. 2 weeks later I remembered I ordered it. Contacted the company via email. They replied staying that they had to have a certain amount of volume before the carrier would pick it up per their agreement. Ok. A few more weeks go by and still nothing. Emailed them again, no response. So a few more weeks go by and still nothing. Well today I finally got it and boy what a disappointment!!!! Cheap swimsuit like material, that looks like they put a big sticker on!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! I would definitely not recommend them!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this site!! I ordered a quilt almost two months ago hoping it would be here for Christmas. Emailed them and was told it was on it's way. Another 3 weeks and countless emails later.. Still NO quilt and No replies on any emails that I've sent. NOT HAPPY! I paid good money for this quilt!! Get your act together Ecrafta. From one disgruntled customer!!

Waited for a month for 3 quilts. Got them finally only to find they spelled Words incorrectly Trying to get in touch with them is ridiculous. No phone number. Ugh

Same experience as everyone else. After I "loved" a cute picture shared by a friend, I saw a clearly targeted Facebook ad for a quilt that I knew she would love and made a rare spur of the moment decision to order it because I knew how happy it would make her. That was on November 6 and the company name was listed as Ecrafta on the site, even though the confirmation email came from "Emacotton" and the company has had about 8 different names/URLs just that I've noticed in the month since then, each one purporting to be in a different location. The confirmation email said it was being shipped by DHL Express (1 week) and had a link to View my order that didn't work, and said they would notify me when it had been sent. The next day, the company (under the name Ecrafta again) sent an email called "Your order is processing" but the body of the email said "Your order is on its way to you. Come back any time!" At the absolute best, this is completely misleading and suspicious. I sent them an email on November 27 to try to confirm whether it had shipped and then finally thought to Google the company name and found this page. After finding this page, I initiated a PayPal dispute giving lots of detail and linking to this page, and my money was refunded within just a few days. Then, on December 6, I finally heard from the company that my order was sent out for production and once it had shipped they would send me an email with the tracking number. I told them not to bother shipping it.
