I ordered 2 quilts on Aug 30, they took my money right away. I still have not received them as of today. the "company" stopped responding to my e-mails I am filing a complaint today with my CC. BAD COMPANY do not order from them EVER.

Same experience as the others who have reviewed. Business will not respond to emails to find out the status of the order - it's a scam. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company.

My boyfriend ordered a t-shirt we saw on a FB ad Sept 29. Nov 24 I remembered that he ordered it and we never got it. I sent an email and got a response with a tracking number that didn't work. No response after that. I sent 2more emails stating send us the T-shirt or issue a refund. Literally 2days ago, I get an update to my PayPal that my package left China with that same tracking nbr. Like they didn't process anything till I sent the email. When I first researched this company I wasn't worried because it was Canadian for billing, but then it had a new Zealand address so I thought great now we have to deal with customs. Now I find out it one of those 5xs too small poor quality Chinese deals. I'm done if it's not US made, I'm not ordering. We will see when it arrives, got a email this morning that it's in Georgia. I am in NY so......let's see.

I ordered a quilt at the beginning of November, still haven't received it. The web site I ordered from has been taken down, but pictures of the quilt still show up on Facebook, when you click on it, it takes you to another web site. They do not respond to my emails. I currently have a case pending with PayPal to get my money back. PayPal says the seller has 14 days to respond to them. Don't order any quilts featured on Facebook. They take your money immediately and it is a major hassle trying to get it back. I still have no quilt and no refund.

ordered a cat quilt on nov 6th and still havent gotten it they only send a electronic response saying they are reviewing it in the next 24 business hours...........PAYPAL wont help and screw FACEBOOK for still putting their ads on there even after all the complaints..............guess its a hard $85 lesson

Please Please tell everyone that this company is bogus!! Paypal has NOT suspended their account yet! Don't get sucked into this SCAM!!

Here recently I ordered 2 quilts. I finally got one and it looks like ....still waiting on the other one. I'm filing a complaint today. Does anyone know what I can do to get my money back

Ordered a quilt and they took the money right away. It's been over two months and there is no sign of the quilt. E-mails are only auto replies. A friend of mine ordered and got her quilt of very low quality after two months.

I to order the quilt born October 2, 2018 I paid an extra fee for express shipping so I could get it quickly because I needed it for Thanksgiving Day for my nieces birthday. After about three weeks I sent an email to the company asking where my order was and their reply was your order is being processed. I waited two more weeks and began to get nervous that I was not going to receive it in time so I sent them another email questioning when I would get it and asking fotbtheirbphone number so I could call to speak to someone Again the same Message your order is being processed. I sent several messages in December because obviously I didn’t get it in time for the Thanksgiving birthday. I read The reviews from everyone on this list and I was prepared this morning December 7 to call My credit card company to try to get a refund of my money. 8:30 AM this morning it was a knock at my door and there was a package sitting on my porch and lo and behold it’s my quilt !!!!
It was mailed from a address in New Jersey under another company name If anyone needs that info to try follow up. Let me know. I,m not sure
How to attach a picture here of the package return address. But the quilt did arrive. And it’s very pretty. Debbie Patrick

I encourage everyone who has been ripped off to do as I did. Go to www .fbi.gov to the internet crime complaint center and fill out an IC3. Even though it may be small amount, they are ripping tons of folks off. I am so irritated with them and Facebook. I've learned a hard lesson.

I ordered my quilt 2 week ago. I haven't heard anything. I emailed them they said they would respond in 24 hours. Still nothing. I wish I would have read the reviews before I would have ordered.

Suddenly they no longer have a web site. SCAM

Same story as everyone else. I ordered four quilts from Amelia Quilts via a Facebook advertisement. Original confirmation email link is no longer available. Company has not responded to my inquiry emails. I filed a claim with PayPal yesterday. Received an email from PayPal this morning saying they had received a response from PRINTLABEL which is the name they go by on PayPal and will get back to me shortly.

I ordered a tee shirt from ECrafta months ago. They told me I would have to wait for them to print it. When I finally did get a shirt it was polyester & had a Dachshund on it instead of a Boston Terrier like I had ordered. I’ve tried contacting them since, but I have received no answer. Do not ever do business with this company. I wish I didn’t have to give them a star!

I ordered a guitar quilt on October. 30, 2018. 8 unguided as to when I would receive my order and got an automated reply that this would be answered within 24 hours. The next day I got a reply that each quilt is made when ordered and I would receive a email,when this order shipped. I received an email on November 24, 2018 that my order had been shipped when I click on the email to check when I would receive this, I get a message this site no longer exists. Please DO NOT order anything from Ecrafta they are a scam. Take your money and change their name.

Looks to be major SCAM...all reviews the same...too bad I didn’t see before ordering
