I got mine as a gift from my wife and she guessed the wrong size. Then I needed to get a larger size and eliminate some pain but I could tell the original smaller device did work and help me for sure, Shane was terrific in the customer service as we worked together to figure out how she ordered it initially and what size she picked. He worked very hard to help me get a size change and it was a testament to great customer service. I really give him kudos for the service which is so important when you don't know exactly what the size should be. Remove that worry and see if they work for you like it worked for me. Terrific product made possible by superior service!

Still working on resizing.
I guess this will have to be redone later. I received on Eddie very fast, but it didn’t work so I sent in for a resize, but they sent the same size that I already had. Now they are sending me another one ,it is in the mail. After I receive it I will gladly do this review again.
I have a suggestion on sizing. You should take all sizes A,B,C, and D, and put the diameter of each (opened up, no band and also show the diameter of the Eddie with smallest band on Eddie. I think with these two measurements, a person could better select the correct size. Also the company Giddy has done a very good job, of keeping me informed about everything.
