Been waiting for 16 days I emailed them last week to be told haven’t forgotten about you, waited till yesterday to email again incase any changes to my order and haven’t been told to then find out they blocked my email. Please do not order from this company it’s a scam I’m now having to fight with Klarna on getting it removed.

I would give less stars if it was an option. We bought the two item mystery box. After looking at all the pics, I felt like we couldn’t go wrong. Well - I was wrong. It took FOREVER to receive, over seven weeks! The items shipped were terrible. It was two Champions sweatshirts that I would have never bought back in the 80’s. Not at all the quality they represent on their site. And guess what - I paid over $80 and they don’t accept refunds. Total crap! Don’t buy from this company!

I wonder why this company have a 4 star Trust Pilot rating attached to their website?
They are an absolute scam. No customer service, when you comment on their Instagram page, they delete and block you. I also wonder how they are still in business after scamming so many people. Totally unscrupulous and a waste of time and money.

Never received my order, luckily Discover Card refunded my money, do not buy from this company

At a time when money is tight for many, great Customer Service is critical. It wasn't. We've got a hoody we don't want that we can't return - even at our cost.

Scam ordered a winter mystery on dec 12 still nothing

Emailed loads only auto reply’s

Part from one time from a girl called Ella even that still no real communication

After a month I have been issued a refund

DO NOT BUY from the company. Complete SCAM. I ordered two boxes, over $220 US dollars and received nothing. They aren’t replying to my emails either. They sent me two emails in early December (pasted below) and nothing the last month. And I receive numerous emails each week from them to buy more stuff that apparently doesn’t exist. How does this company stay in business?!? Here’s the email they sent in early December:

“Please accept our apologies for the delay with your order. We're working really * on getting this to you as soon as we can. It won't be long now!

You will receive your shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number as soon as we have sent your order.

Thank you so much for your continued patience!

I got a 2012 bargain bin ahh fit don’t have high hopes and the delivery took the P

I ordered two boxes on November 27th with hope they would be here for the holiday. Surprise. They were not. Now the order shows as delivered and I haven’t received a thing. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from them. This is a well marketed scam.

Exactly the same as Lynn, I ordered 28th November, nothing has came through no dispatch order or anything, numerous emails sent nothing answered only ever them trying to sell more! Or sorry but we are so close to making your perfect box!
Wanted this for a holiday but clearly not going to arrive in time at all, very bad service wasn’t like I bought a small box either was a 2x 5 piece winter boxes, very disappointed won’t be purchasing anything else off these, I’d actually appreciate if they sent me the money back and kept the clothes would make life easier!

Ordered 28 November, said allow 15 working days for the larger box
Still no dispatch with dpd keep advising sorry still making the box up
This was a Xmas present my teen requested (should have gone with gut instinct on ordering off insta or tik tok adverts)
My son is now minus a Xmas present
If I get no update by 27 December I will claim back from my credit card company
Have advised my upset teen a Xmas present will be missing

Took ages to arrive, and then had 2 large 1 medium when ordered all medium.
Shirts were OK.
No contact from company despite numerous emails.
Having to go through card company to get a charge back.

Never received my box and they don't reply to emails.
I ordered two boxes (unfortunately) over two months ago. They don't respond and never mailed anything.
They're a SCAM, avoid!

Avoid at all costs.
I have had a similar experience to every other review on here. Read them and shop elswhere.

Still no box 20 days later. Ignore insta messages, can’t reply to emails, no contact form but yet can send 2 marketing emails a day - have requested chargeback.

Absolute scam / absolute scum

None of the clothes fit or are the sizes I listed before placing the order and they're all terrible quality waited over a month for the items to be shipped which is not stated on their website. They say allow up to 15 days for a mystery box. No way of contacting my them and no response. I would like to return the items that aren’t the correct size however there isn’t a way to do this as they hide any way to contact them

Ordered an Autumn box despite hearing from a friend that they didn't supply him with clean clothes or even any that matched his size requests. Still, I thought I would give them a try and see what I got.

Paid and received an email with tracking, a week came and went and I checked the tracking to see my box was on its way back to EDJ Vintage. This is when I realised I had provided my previous address and this is why my box was being returned. Since then I have sent two emails asking about my box and where it is only to receive automated emails each time.

I fully expect to never receive my box nor my money back as it's impossible to get hold of anyone at EDJ. They ignore my emails but still send me 5 marketing emails a week.

Avoid at all cost. It took them 2 months to ship my package and the clothes are horrible to say the least. Not only they look counterfeit, one pieces has huge stains and the pants were a 28w so they sent literally baby’s jeans. What a waist of money and time.

Too bad that I have not seen the reviews before. They are not even worth 1 star. We have already paid, nearly a month ago. Nothing received until now and I have no chance to get any information or the money back.
