Awful customer service, waiting over a month for my order and same generic emails to say sorry for delay but no actual update, I suspect it’s a scam should’ve done more research so if you’re reading these reviews don’t make the same mistake as me.

I have been waiting for my mystery package for over 6 weeks already. Will I never get it? I don't know...

I suspect that this company is a scam. I ordered several weeks ago and despite several emails, still no delivery. Their latest generic email was to inform me that they are now closed for Christmas.
This order was meant to be a present for my grandsons. I would suggest that you avoid ordering anything from edjvintage.

I ordered a 5 piece box set in early November. And still not arrived when it clearly states 5/7 working days , iv emailed them an a numbers of occasions only to recieve the same generic response. I stated I needed this gift before the 20th December to which they again sent out the same generic responses, I think this is absolutely disgusting. I feel they have just taken my money and done one. I am taking this further as I can not afford to be just splashing out 100 pound just like that and this has left me not option to go buy something else for my sons birthday. And sit back and complain

scam artists do not buy!!!!!
also check under ed j vintage on trust pilot to see the true reviews of this terrible company- i personally received dirty smelly items in terrible threadbare condition and after trying to contact for weeks they ignored me only to get in contact when its too late to do anything apparently !! the items are smelly like mould and of such a poor qiulaity i would feel bad donating to a charity- see these reviews are accurate - dont be fooled!!!!
This con artist advertises designer products but instead you get smelly bad quality and low grade items of clothing. Yes it’s a mystery box but it’s completely misleading. On top of that there’s no customer service if you did want to return you simply get ignored. How he sleeps at night I don’t know, conning jhonest peoples money.

I like many others have been blinded by the TikTok page advertising these fantastic brands and the sad reality is that we are receiving terrible clothing that’s not even worth half the price I have paid. I don’t recommend anyone falling into this trap

Absolutely horrible, got a sports direct adidas T-shirt, a horrible Nike top and a champion belly top lmao, and a horrible pair of jeans, all for the grand old price of £90. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Oh and a terrible hat and a awful bag! Whole thing worth about 20 quid in total

I have placed an order from the website and since then it has been 24 days (way over it’s promised 3-7 days) I’ve tried contacting the people twice to have an update and now to cancel my order… all have had no response. I hope by posting this it will give them a nudge to respond to my messages/email

would give 0 if i could. they must have made a new account cause ive already gave a rating. took 4 months to come. terrible respones. jeans cut on the bottom and stains on clothes

Its awful please don’t buy. I got scammed, the order was delayed for like 3 months and the wuality was so poor. Definitely don’t sell that what they advertise. They also got the sizing wrong.

never even received my order . He stole my money and refused to respond. the only way he will respond is if you call him out publicly and he gets worried that people will see it. Even then, don't expect your items or money back

Just received my £60 “mystery box” (came in a bag) and I must say I’m really disappointed I’ve had seen many TikTok videos of this company and the brands they sell. AWFUL service. weeks of emails and messages completely ignored. they false advertise by showing expensive products but sending cheap clothes after weeks of waiting. i got publicly called a fake customer on their tiktok so made my own video - they commented and apologised but continued to ignore me privately
