DO NOT BUY IT. AVOID. SELLING DREAM ON INSTAGRAM. got send rubbish. Discusting cloths that I would never ever even sell. Wrong sizes. No respond to emails or any communication from the site what so ever. Very very poor. I really hope it gets shut down. Fail that

What you’ll see on instagram compared…

What you’ll see on instagram compared to what you’ll get is a disgrace, all for show on instagram would never ever go near them again.

Order took 2 months to show up and when it did it was all poor quality items that were dirty and creased

They are exploiting Trustpilot's reputation to scam people by engaging in deceitful practices.Firstly, EDJ Vintage heavily promotes their Trustpilot ratings in their marketing, misleading potential customers about their credibility. More concerningly, they appear to be paying individuals to leave positive reviews on Trustpilot, thus inflating their ratings dishonestly. This is easily observable through various online forums and customer feedback.As a customer who has ordered from EDJ Vintage and received nothing in return, I feel compelled to whistleblow on these unethical practices. Many others have reported similar experiences, and it is clear that this company is operating a scam.I urge Trustpilot to investigate EDJ Vintage and take appropriate actions to prevent further deceit. Shoddy, mid sized goods and no way to return them.

The clothes that arrived are not sized accurately and are unwearable. Mis-sized and poor condition. Consumer rights regulations are quoted on their terms and conditions saying you can return within 14 days but you must get an authorisation code to do so. BUT there is no way to contact them. Incidentally the edj VNTGE email address is info at edjvntge dot com for anyone else looking. I had to send them a letter to get a response! Their website does not have a business address or email address. HMRC say they must have a email address on their website so they aren’t trading legally. Their instagram doesn’t accept messages unless they approve them? Ive searched the internet for hours and can find no information relating to anyone who has managed to cancel their contract and make the return. Definite scam! Please avoid or spend your £100 at the charity shop where you’ll at least get things that are not horrible condition/may fit. Mine were supposed to be for a size medium and there were several inches difference between the items. Also they were supposed to be grade A and the logo on the hoody was all cracked and worn and 2 were badly bobbled. The 32” waist jeans were actually 28” and these are all supposed the have been checked prior to posting. They definitely haven’t been quality checked. l tried to message on TikTok, instagram and messenger for a returns number so let’s see what happens. Please note there is also another review page for them on Trustpilot and all the reviews on that one are 1 star. Do your research. I’ll update if they respond! Don’t hold your breath. Next stop trading standards

Updated to say they replied to the letter I had to post to say they would accept a return on receipt of goods but I had to pay. They received the goods on 7th May but still no refund despite emailing them 3 times now and it’s been a week since they received them. They do say upto 14 days on their website to refund but told me it would be on receipt of returned goods but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. As the clothes were in poor condition and mid-sized I also think it’s fair my return costs are refunded. I will update when the refund arrives or after the 14 days.

Update: none of my emails chasing the refund or asking that my return costs for the misdescribed goods be refunded were answered. I finally received the refund on the last possible day (day 14) along with an email saying they wouldn’t refund the return costs. I’ve since emailed them again, again sending all the photos of the bobbled items, cracked logos, 28” waist jeans that should be 32” and have been completely ignored. I’ve been dealing with citizens advice who advised me that I legally should be refunded and are passing the matter to trading standards. I urge all of you in the same position to keep chasing your refunds if your goods are not up to standard! Speak to citizens advice and they will guide you. £100 is a lot of money to a 16 year old and I think this company are banking on a lack of knowledge and experience about consumer rights when it comes to sending out clothes that aren’t of a satisfactory quality.

Disappointing Experience with EDJVNTGE's Mystery Box

My recent encounter with EDJVNTGE and their mystery box of vintage clothing left me deeply dissatisfied. Initially hopeful for a unique Christmas gift for my son, I ended up feeling utterly let down by the entire experience.

After patiently waiting for four long months, the package finally arrived. However, the contents fell far short of my expectations. Instead of the promised curated selection of vintage clothing, what I received was a collection of items that looked worn-out and shabby. None of them resembled the quality showcased in their advertisements.

It's disheartening to see a company fail to deliver on its promises, especially during a season meant for joy and giving. My advice to others considering purchasing from EDJVNTGE: proceed with caution. The risk of disappointment outweighs any potential reward.

It’s been almost 7 months now since i placed my order last September and spent about 200$. I haven’t received a single thing no tracking number not even confirmation absolutely nothing these guys are worthless scammers don’t waste your money, i regret not checking the reviews first before buying

We ordered one of their boxes in…

We ordered one of their boxes in december and it´s the 4th of March and we still haven´t received it. When you emailed them complaining this is their message:
Hey,

Thank you for getting in touch! Our team are working tirelessly to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

Please accept our apologies for the delay. We are experiencing some ongoing delays from a few of our suppliers which has slowed things down. As soon as we ship your parcel, you will receive your Royal Mail tracking number via email. Thank you so much for your patience!

If you are enquiring about something else, our customer service rep will get back to you as soon as they can. Please avoid emailing more than once as this fills the inbox and means it will take longer for them to get back to you.

I ordered my pack and it never arrived. Thus, I requested for a refund but they only authoorized a bank payment (which I could only authorize) stealing 110 more euros from my bank account. Don't buy from this merch, they are proper thieves

This web site is a lying site. They don't send what they show.

We have received the order, after two monthsso much more than 3-5 weekslike they announced, and clothes was so bad: two paltry sweat shirt, both dark, and one grey tee-shirt.
It's not at all what they offer and what they advertise on their web site.

Moreover, one sweat has a big hole (you can see the picture) and tee shirt was dirty (on collar) and disjointed.

We payed 106€ + 17€ shipping fees + 27€ customs fees... It's a shame. Even on Vinted, we could find better clothes and so cheaper!

Never got my package

Never got my package. Made my purchase on the 24 of november 2023. Shipping said it was shipped to Sweden and back to the UK several times which I find very weird. Ordered a to good to throw away box

Ordered box which duly arrived with one item incorrectly sized. I emailed customer services but two weeks later have had nothing than a standard automated response saying that they are very busy. Clearly not busy sorting out problems...

Wrong size, gender and worthless clothing.

Spent well over 300£ and was suprised to see over half the order was missing, and the box i got was wrong size and gender. On top of that was almost every piece dirty and ruined by holes. I am a 21 year old male and got ruined belly tops for girls… stay clear of this buisness.

Either a sham business or crappy business

Ordered a mystery box Nov. 29, 2023 from the US. Still not here. Have written to them with no response. Generic emails come (although haven't had one in awhile) saying "sorry for delay we are working on it". But absolutely no response for my specific order. Don't fall victim to this company.
