I bought a pair of Lunar Sammy trainers they are the best shoes I have bought they are so comfy it’s like wearing slippers at a good price too

Mainly good quality shoes in a busy wealthy town high street but BEWARE very short opening hours! Closes sometimes at 3.35pm despite note on door implying 4pm closure & lunch closure may go on until 2.40pm!!! Good shoes if you can get into the shop. Unfortunately on this occasion I had to return a pair of shoes due to a manufacturing fault - no apology offered for inconvenience or encouragement to view a replacement pair of shoes??! Pity about unenthusiastic staff....

I ordered some ecco sandals that had sold out at Ecco. I got 20% off. I was very pleased. The only comment is that it took a week to recieve them and they questioned the validity of my order. I sent them the paypal receipt and they sent them immediately. Would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered my shoes via Lovethesales.com. My shoes arrived but were the incorrect colour. I contacted Edward Meeks and they very quickly sorted it out and I now have my new shoes. The customer service was excellent and I saved £25! Thank you Edward Meek!

Having found out a bit late on that Clark’s could not supply our grandaughter’s school shoes, we hunted high and low at all available outlets in Essex but no luck. Even online Clarke’s themselves no longer had her size and style choice. Searched the web and thankfully Meeks Shoes / Edward Meeks had them available. Their service is ultra fast and their website ultra slick. Janine was quickfire and very helpful with follow up enquiries. Had the shoes two days later, ab amazing and very friendly service. Well done guys.
