Brilliant experience with Edward Meeks. I ordered a pair of Barker shoes - got a mail that the boxes were not in perfect condition with the pics which I really appreciated. The shoes were in mint condition and delivered promptly. Highly recommended

The service I received from Edward…
The service I received from Edward Meeks was excellent. I thought this level of service had died out decades ago. Whether on the phone or by Email, the answers to questions were outstandingly quick. In this respect my thanks again to Josh and John.
The goods (Barker Shoes; as ever excellent) were delivered on time despite the Easter Bank Holidays and despite the fact that they had to be forwarded to me in Germany.
Even the packaging was kept to a minimum, without it being flimsy or inadequte. Environmental plus points.
I can only say to anyone who has been disapointed by the service from other companies, try Edward Meeks and be happy that first class service is available to the normal man on the street.
Best online retailer I've ever dealt with.

Great customer support, very responsive, superb service and phenomenal prices. Josh was extremely responsive to my inquiries and helped locate the shoes I needed. Shipping was extremely fast yet encountered some delays at customs authorities at destination. They refunded the money immediately based on an agreement to pay back the money should the shoes get delivered; extremely honest and transparent. The shoes finally made it, money paid and extremely happy with the purchase. Thank you very much Edward Meeks.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free return service. It is so expensive to post the shoes out that we really can't afford free returns. By the time we have paid Google on pay per click we are virtually making no money on anything anyway. Postage can cost up to £12 per pair and Google costs us £26 per conversion at the moment! I am not sure how these big companies actually make any money online.
Anyway enough of the moaning!! Many thanks for giving our site a try.
