Pleasant, helpful and efficient service

Pleasant and helpful young lady called Lauren dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. Understood my requirements and was able to offer me a good price for the renewal of my broadband and land line services.

Ordered an item in error due to…

Ordered an item in error due to misunderstanding with sales person. Contacted customer complaints by email and had a telephone response within 24 hrs. Complaints handler was excellent and handled my issue with empathy and sorted it without fuss,although legally not obliged. Excellent customer care.

Unanswered complaints

I am still waiting for a response to complaints i have made. EE is not providing the service they said they would. I have been promised 4 times by advisors they would call me back and have not. I have been contradicting advise and have effectively been given the problem to solve myself.
