He treated us very well

He treated us very well, he was very welcoming patient and kind. Very keen and thorough. He asked if we had any questions and he explained everything in detail. Excellent customer service highly recommended.

Don’t even bother taking out insurance it doesn’t mean anything!

I’ve been a customer with EE now for 8 years. Never had big issues before but I got the new I Phone 17 Pro Max just before Christmas so I’ve not even had the phone 6 months yet. The phone is insured which I’m paying every month and is still under warranty, recently my phone died and then would not come back on, I’ve later found this is quite a common issue with the new iPhone 17 but even though my phone is still under warranty and insured I’m still having to pay out £50-£100 for a replacement phone. I called the first time to sort this took a day off work the next day unpaid to make sure I was home for the delivery to find the caller hasn’t even processed the replacement! Then called again this morning and they’ve said they can only replace in the deep blue, I currently have the orange so I wasn’t happy about this, I appreciate stock isn’t their fault but I’m going to have to pay out £50-£100 for this. I’ve spoken with EE three times today and every time not been able to come to a solution, absolutely appalling customer service unfortunately, at this point they haven’t offered to help with anything even offer a discount for the issues I’ve had with them and their staff. I rely on my phone for work and other things it’s absolutely appalling and I will be taking it further with the hope to leave the network.

Absolutely outstanding customer…

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The level of professionalism, understanding and communication was genuinely top tier from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly, clearly and with real respect for the customer.

Honestly, after dealing with so many companies where support barely understands basic English or just reads from scripts, this felt like a completely different level. Real people, real help, real professionalism.

Massive respect to the whole team — this is exactly how customer support should be done❗️
