Jake from South Shields was a brilliant…

Jake from South Shields was a brilliant example of customer service and a treat to speak to on the phone. Was patient with me and allowed me to reschedule on the fly as my job demanded. Glad to be back with EE!

Almost an hour on the phone is not…

Almost an hour on the phone is not acceptable. I think the deal I was given is not a good deal. I would prefer not to have Full Fibre. I have been a customer since I've had broadband through Freeserve, Orange, Wanadoo and nothing is given for loyalty. You waste money sending out Routers and Installing . I want a better deal.

i could not praise staff at EE highly…

i could not praise staff at EE highly enough, especially the last lady who not only listened to my needs but actually i would be quite happy to sit and have coffee with her every wednesday and furthermore thrilled with my new package that suits my budget!! Top marks once again EE

Our Broadband account closed down by EE…

Our Broadband account closed down by EE without us requesting it. Supposedly requested by an unknown company although EE can't confirm. We have incorrectly been charged £321 by DD by EE and will now have to wait a month before that money is repaid.
Not happy customers!!!
