Almost an hour on the phone is not acceptable. I think the deal I was given is not a good deal. I would prefer not to have Full Fibre. I have been a customer since I've had broadband through Freeserve, Orange, Wanadoo and nothing is given for loyalty. You waste money sending out Routers and Installing . I want a better deal.

Our Broadband account closed down by EE without us requesting it. Supposedly requested by an unknown company although EE can't confirm. We have incorrectly been charged £321 by DD by EE and will now have to wait a month before that money is repaid.
