Once I got through to the correct department.! That took awhile!! .. You know ?? .When you’re getting a bit older, you tend to find the techno jargon a little tough to understand. Therefore it’s great when your problems are related too & explained patiently. That said the customer service I had from Ikram & Amber was brilliant .I’m hoping that my WI-FI delivers after receiving superbly that all that was required was giving it “ a bit of Oomph “ 🤗

I am ancient and my son did the technology and I supplied any information required . My son was dealt with by a pleasant lady and the contract for my new service to last 2 years was efficiently dealt with .

EE provide a great mobile and internet service but I don’t think that they look after their loyal customers. When the internet is due for renewal I will be looking for a better price with a similar service and the same goes for mobile phone contracts. They automatically increase costs every year. No more for me!
