I needed a specific form from EForms. It created the form exactly as I needed. I haven’t really had a need to use it since. When the time came to renew, it got by me. My daughter is in the hospital and the renewal date got by me. EForms had no problem canceling my subscription and refunding my money immediately. I very much appreciated that.

I signed up for the free trial. I thought Ihad canceled it. I was charged, so while it was still pending I called to cancel and get a refund. I was denied a refund because apparently my ex-husband had made an account in the past with my email, and I was told only one free trial is allowed per email. Very disappointing! Tough for for a single mom to lose $49.

I signed up as a leap of faith thinking that if I gave my cc info they would not honor the cancelation policy within 7 days and continue to charge my card. To my amazement, they canceled my policy right away and honored their commitment. I will definitely sign up with them if I need further services in the future because they did right by me this time
