Damaged Album Cover
I purchased a brand new vinyl copy of The Marcus Hook Roll Band "Tales Of Old Grand-Daddy". Unfortunately it arrived with a tear to the top and bottom left of the spine along with 2 substantial creases to the top and bottom left hand side of the cover approximately 7cm x 7cm. This clearly was not inspected prior to dispatch. So much for their purported premium standards. Very disappionted. Ross Gregor - Australia.

Needed: Shipping cost relief.
You guys are great, but the shipping cost is high enough that I have repeatedly cancelled orders before submitting the order. When $200.00 US is added to $115.00 shipping, I lose the urge to buy. Don't get me wrong. Your selection is great. Online display works well. Packaging is superb. Shipping cost isn't even close to what I pay from other sellers...domestic or Eurpean.

Thank you so much for the kind words — we really appreciate it, and we’re glad you’ve been happy with our selection, site, and packaging. We did want to clarify that our international shipping rates are normally very competitive. For example, your last order for a single LP shipped for $11, and a previous multi LP order was $58. By comparison, USPS charges around $36 just to send one LP to the UK.
The shipping quote you saw definitely sounds unusual, so we’ll reach out directly to learn which items you were trying to order. It may have been a non standard product that triggered a higher rate.
