The assistance that I received from eksoftware was the best I have ever received. The process was very complex, yet he stayed with me, walking me through the process for about an hour until the program was installed and I totally understood the functions. I can't thank Enre enough.

I've been charged for WORD for MAC but can't access it due to a prior purchase recognizing my email. When I enter forgot password I just go round & round as I'm not send the code as promised.

I'm unable to get through the phone 24/7 line on several occasions.

I purchased Microsoft Home and Business for Mac earlier today and am up and running! Their instructions were detailed and clear, so when I hit a momentary roadblock in the installation, a careful re-reading of the instructions remedied the problem in seconds. The latest versions of Excel, Word and Powerpoint are now actively running flawlessly. Because the price was so much less than that offered by Microsoft, I was initially a little hesitant to purchase, wondering if the website was fully on the up and up. I needed not worry. This seller is exceptional.

Software installed easily and works great. Could not be happier.

Paul was extraordinarily competent. It took him all of 11 minutes in a remote session to see where the issue was -- that is, the license for the product I purchased had not been Accepted/Registered. Long story short, this technician new his stuff. I have an incredibly complicated Lenovo computer, but he was able to remote in (through Zoho, which I trust), dig through the settings and fixed the problem -- which was basically that Microsoft didn't want us to install anything that wasn't Microsoft approved; that is, Eksoftware's product. (I do hate Microsoft.) Paul also troubleshot a few more issues I had. I can now concentrate on editing this 300-page manuscript that has a FEROCIOUS deadline.

I'd recommend Paul for any troubleshooting issues -- and because of his excellent English (I'm a college English instructor) and patience (believe me, I was impatient), he maintained professionalism.

Joe gave me excellent advice on staying out of the Microsoft cloud after purchasing my old for old computer Office 2019 for Mac. I look forward to him being my tech when I begin installing the software. My purchases of Office 11, 13, 16, and 21 were each nightmarish in a different way. Thanks, Joe

I absolutely Love having Mac Excel for my home use because this is what I know. Trying to convert all my existing files over to sheets was just not an option for me and …. Now that this product is installed it’s Great!!! I only gave 3 stars because I would Never have completed installing by myself. I think my issue was related to already having Mac Excel when my computer crashed. I bought a new computer and everything loaded perfectly except my Excel program. All my files transferred over but I could open to view only. There was a lot of work behind the scenes needed to clear out the old Excel program that kept saying “expired” ….. I’m grateful to have had a person to help me. We spent quite a lot of time live chatting with Microsoft …… i think I would have just lost my money had I not had help. Having said all that I’m truly grateful to have my excel back

Fast and reliable acquisition process. After a few minutes I was able to download the software and few minutes after, I received the product key number by email. The product that I got is an official Microsoft software but at a much cheaper price. I am willing to buy more products from this site.
