I just purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Plus version from Eksoftware. The entire process was very seamless and easy to do. But, I couldn't figure out why Outlook was not logging me in especially since all the other apps had loaded up perfectly. I started chatting with *Eric and my issue was fixed in under 5 minutes. He was extremely helpful and quick! Thank you Eric! This whole process was a breeze. I am very thankful.

Eric, with EKsoftware, gave excellent assistance with the installation of Office 2019. He responded quickly and had me up and running in a half hour using chat. I'd give him 5 out of 5 stars!!

I needed a refund because I bought the wrong product and they credited my account back with no big hassles
Now that is not normal - I normally only get a credit to buy something else.

I purchased Microsoft Word for 2016 which turned out to be incomparable, so I returned it and got an immediate refund. I was about to purchase the latest version of Word when I realized that I only need to able to read, not to copy or edit. But the experience was so easy and pleasant that I recommended Eksoftware to all my friends. Thank you very much.

Purchasing MS Word without the 365 suite is not easy!
Ekosoftware made it less difficult but the download process is NOT user friendly, and I’ve been using computers forever

Eric was great to help me out. I really don't know that much about downloading etc and he was able to walk me thru all the basic steps.

The prices seemed to good to be true. I was in a tough spot at 11:15pm PST. The website said instantaneous download and I was skeptical. I ordered and although it took 15 minutes to get our key they actually had 24/7 chat available --- I AM SO IMPRESSED!! I will be buying all my company's software here going forward. YOU GUYS ARE LIFE SAVERS!!!!

Price was right. Installation was a little complicated. Thought I was just getting Publisher but ended up getting MS Office 2019. all-in-all....an upgrade from my 2013. Had to call tech service, but got it all worked out and I'm very happy with product and price.

Through his assistance and patience, Eric literally prevented me from sailing my new MacBook across the room. With zero success on my own, I tried for hours to create a new Microsoft.com account so that I could register my software and begin using what I had just paid for. In the end the answer was utilizing a different browser to create the account. Eric is an asset to your organization! I hope you will show him that he is valued. Thanks again Eric for your help!

Joe was on my first chat, but i was on my cellphone

I had put in the wrong email (transposed two letters) when I put in my order. Joe was quick to respond and quick to get my order corrected. He remained silently in the background as I waited on the email to be sent and once it was, he waited for me to get it installed. All in all, very good service!

Both Eric and Pavle have done a wonderful job helping this older, not so computer savvy user! Both were very patient and understanding. Thank you for making them available! I am now up and running (for me after a long and difficult download and install. Many thanks for both of them!

Great customer service, I was having some problems because I just got windows 11 and they figured it out and outlook works great.

After a frustrating morning of trying to install excel Joe was able to guide me thru and get it installed. I'm 70+ years old so not real tech savvy but he was able to help me thru.
