Valerie was most helpful walking us through the set up of the new Ingenico for my little business. Not nearly as complicated as first anticipated. Thank you so much!!!

Easily one of the worst credit card…
Easily one of the worst credit card processing companies I’ve ever had the experience of working with they were charging me $25 a month merchant fees, which I didn’t know about was not told about from the beginning and there’s all these other little hidden fees that they kept charging me and I never use their service but I’ve seemed to have to pay a couple hundred dollars just to be associated with them, which makes zero sense and there’s no refund policy either

Best Customer Service Experience
Robin Tyler so patient and sweet and super helpful in helping me register with our online account. She was also very knowledgeable which helped tremendously speeding up the process.
Bad customer relations
Cancelled our service since we enrolled with a different processor. Cancelled 15 days into the year and they refuse to refund the $99.99 service fee for 2026. Claiming i received a refund 5 years ago for a totally different reason/circumstances. Bad customer relations...so glad i made the switch.

Disappoint
All I wanna say is that the lack of communication is a lack of experience and professionalism in deciding against holding customer funds, ridiculous

Terminated services without warning
Careful, These guys have no problem just turning off your service without warning. They have very little consideration for their customers and their businesses.
Signed up for services in 2024.
Started off great. Easy sign up process, integrates with Authorize.net which I needed, good rates.
I was a new business at the time and learning as I went. Followed the book to a T. Just an honest guy trying to make a living for his family.
I sell voip phone services including the phyiscal phones when needed. My payments are all online. I have my customers enter them in their portal or I alone do it for them and our online payment solutions is 100% encrypted. Once saved there is no retrieving it except for the last 4 digits.
Out of the blue one day an Elavon rep emailed me stating a transaction looked suspicious. I asked why, they said it showed YEA T54w, she said what is that? I told her. She said its not on your website, but then I showed here that it was. I said that is a yealink phone, google it they're a huge phone manufacturer. She required I explain my business, and I did, then she asked to give her my customers information. I said all i can give you is the details associated to the card and anything more I was not permitted to share without customer consent, which I thought was reasonable.
Nope! Just like that without further communication she terminated my account. I had no warning, they gave me no time to find another solution and just like that my payments for dozens of customers were interrupted and I was left scrambling for a new service.
I complied with everything they asked except divulging sensative customer information I was not authorized to give.
Ive been calling them for a week now, interested in their low rates. 2 years later and over 500k in processed payments with no problems(weird :) ) and they still wont approve me to use their services. No explanation, refusing to discuss it or prove to me what I did wrong(which was nothing) just pure discrimination and disregard for their customers.
I have no idea how Costco can claim them as a partner, that is after all how I heard about them and why i was interested in their services. Do not expect the same treatment as Costco customers. You will be very dissapointed.
There you go, tread lightly.
