I have been with this company for 10…

I have been with this company for 10 years and recently received terrible IT support. They will not put you through to IT support but request for someone to call you back, often takes 24-48 hours as based in USA and not good enough when my service provider engineer wants to discuss an issue with them. I was on the phone for 4+ hours trying to resolve the issue that they say is not their responsibility but it is as regarding PCI compliance. I am changing providers

Sharon made my experience GREAT!

Sharon made my experience GREAT!! I have problems every month logging in to print my statements. I was mad! Sharon not was not only patient and kind, she found out I had THREE accounts. She deleted two and we put in a new password for the correct account! I'm so relieved.

SHARON is a TREASURE! Professional, thorough, very patient, friendly. I hope I get to work with her again sometime! Tell her I said THANKS!

Excellent Customer Service

I spoke to Christine today as I locked myself out of my online merchant portal. She was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and personable! A pleasure to speak with and refreshing to get someone with her personality as this attribute can be rare in the customer service industry these days!

Processes Fraud without checking!

Two separate Merchants made fraudulent charges against me, and at least one of the charges was for site "elavon.com". Merchants name in a billing charge was "TIM*" (and bunch of numbers).
Moreover my bank informed me that it's mass situation and many cards were affected!
