First time I've ordered from this company and wow what an experience. Not only did I get the fastest dispatch ever, their customer service skills are second to none.
I received my order and there was a sight issue (my fault). I contacted the company (on a Sunday afternoon) and received a reply the same day.
The issue was dealt with immediately and I was kept up to date via email regarding the progress of my return. I then received my replacement via 24H tracked RM.
I thanked the company and again received a response almost immediately.
I'm not sure if this is a small family firm or not but the way they run their business and their customer service is that of a small company who treats every customer individually and in a friendly professional way, just like customer service used to be many years ago.

I’ve always had five star treatment from this company and excellent customer service. There choice of products you can choose is good, there’s devices for everyone from beginners to advanced. I have been a customer for years now and they are always my first choice in vaping and heated tobacco products. One of their staff was particularly helpful to me with a recent problem I had with an item not delivered but it was Royal Mail’s fault and not theirs.

rapid exchange of emails didn't resolve problem but replaced item without asking for a return.
