Really disapointed

Really disapointed. I purchased something and paid extra for delivery on a particular day as the item was needed for an event. The item did not arrive on the day I had paid for, I recieved a message and told I would recieve another message later in the day to let me know when it would be delvered. I did not recieve a message until the next day when the item arrived to late to be of use.

Electriq Radiator Faulty. Awful Customer Service

*****114 Case Reference number with digits missing so as to test this organisation's ability to locate details.
Electriq Radiator faulty.
Appalling customer service which included promises to call back which didn't happen, prolonged useless email correspondence, a series of staff members who were unaware of points already made in previous correspondence, bad grasp of English with respect to the details of the fault and a general crass, obtuse amateurism throughout. Being e-contacted by a series of staff members with varying 'understanding' is not only frustrating: it is counter productive and delaying & this basic point seems beyond their comprehension because they keep doing it. I wish I'd never heard of this ridiculous company and their more or less hopeless staff. As I write this,I'm expecting a call back... Tick Tock

Ppps Now they want more details etc apparently?!? After the abysmal experience I asked for a goodwill payment for the awful service etc. Their operative said "No". They are 'a bit of a joke'. I could say that I've seen better organised things running around farmyards with their heads cut off. I could. I might. I will provide some information later. The sound of no hands clapping
Further to previous... The product is faulty, the after sales are very poor, the interminable process of complicated & divided communication is wearing & the end 'solution' is petulant and inconvenient. Rather than scrap the piece of junk and refund they want it returned. A cancelled return seems to have been 'uncancelled' making it necessary to recontact them and they still act as if they are the injured party by asking for more information. It's risible, pitiful, egregious blah blah blah... & what's worse is they simply couldn't care less.

NB - I have given my telephone number but despite claiming to want to resolve this, there's been no phone call. My order number is 561281** (two digits missing)... Via triangulation, let's see what happens?

Easy purchase and very quick delivery

Easy purchase and very quick delivery, we were somewhat concerned when in operation that the side panels of the cooler became extremely hot to touch! But after reading about this, it is just the way that the fridge cools using the panels to expel heat.
