Easy purchase and very quick delivery, we were somewhat concerned when in operation that the side panels of the cooler became extremely hot to touch! But after reading about this, it is just the way that the fridge cools using the panels to expel heat.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. At first the experience with the delivery company was awful, terrible communication, rude employees. Then a further problem when speaking to customer service via the online chat. False promises resulting in loss of money, stress and time. Wouldn't order from Appliance Direct again. The return policy is unreasonable. Unable to comment on the quality of the products yet as we haven't used them.

Good product. Very efficient despatch. Unfortunately, use Evri, a delinquent courier, so had to ship to an address to which it delivers meaning a 30 mins round trip for collection.

Also I get an email saying im the manager of trade team we would like to help you open an account , again nothing comes of it, no call back , no email response.
