Let down by EVRI
I’m very sorry to have to give one star as this is totally the fault of EVRI and NOT Appliances direct. Ordered Thursday for next day delivery. Got told Friday package was delayed then Saturday was also told package was delayed. I still haven’t received my package as of today (Sunday).
I’ve yet to contact Appliances direct as there is little they can do other than wait for it to turn up.

Product turned up on time and was well packed no marks or damage to the unit.I installed the unit myself and with the template provided is a great plus. I would advise anyone installing this unit to use a proper core drill though as the182mm core bits a larger than normal but once installed and up and running its definitely worth the effort great product

Poor design of the drainage plug.
The iQ works well enough and for the price is ok. However there is a major design fault. The unit collects the condensation in a shallow tray inside the unit. To empty the unit you need to unplug the drain at the rear of the unit which is just a few mm off the floor level so you can’t get anything but a shallow plate under to catch the water. Also if you move the unit when the tray is full the water spills out. I had to raise the unit onto two blocks of 2x4”wood to drain the water. But this means one can’t move the unit around on its wheels.
