Ordered my first box in a 32E, and the set that came had the label/size cut out and was so far from an E cup that it fit my sister who is a B cup. I contacted the company and they sent out a replacement which was exactly the same size, but I different design. Once again I contacted the company and they assured me that my next box would be true to size. I paid another £29 for a third set, and once again TOO SMALL.
I contacted the company again and they were absolutely useless, stating that I could not have a refund unless I send all three boxes (the first being from 3 months ago) in the exact condition that they were delivered in. I no longer had the stickers or scrunchie that was in the box and so returning them was not an option. They offered that I return the last box as this I did have in the same condition, but that I would not get my refund unless I emailed them the postage receipt, and that even then it is not guaranteed. This all just was a massive waste of my time and money. DO NOT DO IT.

Beautiful lingerie in lovely packaging, love the little touches such as the sweet and tea.

I have been waiting for the best part of 4 weeks now. This is ridiculous. While I get replies from the company I have only been offered 20% refund. This is absurd now as each 4 weeks a new one is supposed to be coming. If you don't have things in stock don't advertise.

I’ve just had my fifth box with Elia and it never disappoints. The underwear is top quality and sits equal along side items I have from shops charging five times the amount. The curated colours and designs are beautiful and the packaging and extras are as if my best friend has sent me a gift! Well done. Best on market.

On their website they say a size 30DD is equivalent to their 32DD, which is completely not true.
I then emailed asking for a return to which they replied - ‘yeah but you picked a 32DD’ when I complained on size even though they tell you to do that!
So that was rather annoying.
I also couldn’t cancel my subscription unless I returned so does seem quite annoying on that front as that’s small print I want aware of.
Anyway. They accepted return no bother so all good.

My daughter orders an item and still havnt received nearly 2 months later this company is clearly a scam do not buy

Fast service and great customer service, without doubt the most beautiful lingerie I've ever had and the fit was absolutely amazing, can't wait to get more and of course my fiance loves it!

I received my first box and I was blown away by the quality and ideal self care treat. The set I received was beautiful and the additional touches like the scrunchie and tea sample was so nice.

The idea is good and the lingerie is nice. However, I have received the wrong size twice now. I had to pay the postage in order to get an exchange for one of the boxes. The second one I have reported but it seems they will not do anything about it. I am not sure what's the point of paying £24.99 for a mystery lingerie box if the items don't fit and the sizes are inconsistent. None of the bras actually had a size tag either, it has been cut off. If this could be sorted, it would be a good service, but in the present circumstances it's not worth it.

Absolutely stunning box sets. I have subscribed to the monthly set and so far each box has been amazing. Perfect fit with good quality material that is very soft on the skin. Plus a whole lot of extra goodies that come with the box as well, which make for the perfect 'me day' when you just need to look after yourself. Will keep my subscription until I have every set!

so this company is very good and run by very kind happy and helpful people, i got an order which was the monthly subscription mystery boxes and it was beautiful but i had picked the wrong size and had to get the sizing changed due to it being a monthly subscription however you cant do that on the website which i would say is the only flaw alas the customer help email were very understanding and helpful showing me that they really do care about their customers and the quality they will experience with their brand cant wait for my next box x 14-11-24
update XD so not only did i get a refund for my first box but they sent me a whole new set so i got two this month and the new sizes fit perfectly, even prettier than my original package, very very very pleased with this company with the people and the items received 26-12-24

This has been my favourite purchase of 2024, and will continue to keep getting this throughout next year! I love love love the company. The people are lovely the sets are stunning. 10/10 and have recommended to my friends also! So worth the price.

My husband got me a set from here, opened it and could clearly see it wouldn’t fit. The cup size is well off and it didn’t even have a size label in to show the sizes. Odd not to have a size label, the box was full of random stuff eg coffee bags, plastic leaves and scrunchie, didn’t understand the reason behind plastic leaves it was just not needed. Wouldn’t ever use again. Waste of money

I've loved everything I've ordered from here so far quality is great and everything is sooo pretty 😍 customer service is also very helpful
