It’s a very nice idea and very pretty products. however it’s not big chest friendly, sizing goes up to E cup. They should consider making bigger sizes, for some women have bigger chests.
Quite disappointing and a real shame as I would love to buy from them

Such a wonderful company! Super comfy and beautiful lingerie sets, the parcels come with little goodies like flowers and face masks - all vegan which is so considerate! The sets fit perfectly and are so soft and cosy. The designs are unique and delicate, the bra bands are flexible which makes them breathable and comfy. I can’t wait to receive more, it’s such a fun parcel to receive and open every month!

Great underwear great fit style colours never had a issue love receiving my box every month my underwear drawer look better than it has done in years

I wanted to get a subscription for my wife. Having recovered from breast cancer finding underwear is sometimes difficult due to the surgery. After ordering a single purchase, my wife received a beautiful set with a couple of added gifts.. the presentation was great. Unfortunately the fitting didn’t work for my wife. Elia boutique’s customer service was second to none though. After trying to find an alternative solution and even recommending alternative companies who specialise in post op underwear they even sent a goodie box to cheer her up.. an amazing gesture. Highly recommend ❤️

Arrived quickly and was a very cute surprise. I’ve ordered the monthly subscription and never know what I’m getting. What I received is something I would have never chosen myself and I loved it. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. Very fun buy!

I didn’t get what I ordered as I only wear briefs they sent me tong I don’t wear or ask for . They replied and said that they cannot guarantee what you ask for!! What’s the point then ordering if you can’t satisfy your customers needs!!!

Little update I have contacted customer service and they said it is what it is so basically you don’t get what you paid for!!!

I'd like to gently clarify that while we do our best to follow your preferences, briefs and thongs aren’t guaranteed as we need to send what’s available in your size when your box is being packed.

That said, I’ve made a note on your account to send briefs for your future boxes whenever we have them available in your size, so the team will keep this in mind when packing your orders.

I’m sorry again for the disappointment, and hopefully we can get you a pair of briefs in your next box. 😊

You’re lingerie is beautifully designed and well stitched, attractively packaged with the little extras that that make each box feel special, on one bra the underwire started coming out, I can fix it no problem. Perhaps a tiny touch of stretch in the bra might be helpful as I cant decide if I’m better off with a 34B or C , I’m really looking forward to receiving my next set xxx

Amazing customer service and great attention to detail on each piece

It's ok. the first box or two is great until you realise it's the same underwear every month just in increasingly ugly colours. Also I specifically asked not to have thongs yet I got sent them. And a couple of the bras really looked awful on me so I asked them not to send that style again..but yep, they kept sending them. I feel a little conned tbh by this. All jazz hands at the beginning but it's just cheap stuff in the end.

UPDATE: A very nice person got back to me with refunds for unwanted underwear and apologies. I would hasten to add that the question of style of underwear and colours is my personal one - and that the actual service - packaging and customer service is overall good and I wouldn't want anyone not to take up a subscription because of my review. I enjoyed it while it lasted for me - and I did get some nice undies out of it! I have amended my rating as a result.

Some of the underwear is lovely but I’m a size 10 weighing 9stone 5 and the Large was just not big enough. Seemed crazy! Also a lot of the same designs

I love this lingerie box. The underwear was stunning, beautifully made and designed, excellent quality. Fitted perfectly and to size. Beautifully wrapped with lovely little gifts and accessories and delivered every month.
