Was really happy with them at first, until I was scrolling SHEIN one day and came across a set that I’d received from Elia that was priced at £2, and then another set, and another and another… I PAID £30 FOR £2 SHEIN UNDERWEAR!! Avoid avoid avoid this absolute scammer!!

We can assure you we don't send our source any lingerie or sets from Shein, or any other off the shelf wholesalers. We design all our sets in house, and have these manufactured all ourselves - we can provide any evidence of this to you, or anyone else who may be interested; we're very proud of our design team and processes.
Furthermore, we could not find any information relating to a Grace Dutton on our order history, as we'd love to discuss this further and see what's going on, as if there are any designs you're seeing on a third party Chinese site, it'll be pictures or designs taken without our permission.

This company is great! Its such a lovely way to spoil yourself with such pretty underwear. I have the surprise box, every other month. I never know what im getting and there's always a scrunchie, and other little treats included. I love the fabric petals; I'm collecting them in a little crystal bowl. I like the attention to detail. The bottoms sizing were a bit small, when I explained this, customer service got straight back to me and sent me replacements, which I thought was really kind and shows how much they value their customers. I can't wait for my next box!

No email response and poorly made lingerie!
I sent an email about 2-3 days ago regarding my order, with no response. Not only did I not get the colour I asked for (I was given light blue and white instead of dark shades), but the quality was awful, with loose thread, finishing issues and extra lace that they had forgotten to cut off. Considering they advertise this email as their point of contact, I’m confused as to why I have yet to receive a response. It is evident that both their quality control and customer service are not up to standard.

My wife has been receiving monthly sets of underwear. The sets have always been very pretty and delicate, femininity personified.
It’s true to say I’ve had to contact Elia on sizing issue, but I couldn’t be happier with the service received from Stacey in customer support. Excellent, first class.
