Average, but need to improve delivery time
They take time delivering an order. However, after the reply by one of the employees of the eliquidemporium, I guess the covid and the Brexit may be the cause of the delay. Fuel crisis may be just the starting point.....

Hi Malash, yes indeed royal mail do need to improve delivery time, absolutely. We despatch the items either same day or next day depending on the time the order was received. From there it is up to the mail carrier, because we don't bring the items to the customers house ourselves, we pay royal mail to do it you see. If you have any suggestions on how we can get royal mail to deliver faster we would love to hear them as we are really perplexed about the situation, i don't suppose Brexit has helped as many EU nationals have left the country and there has been a worldwide problem with the covid thing which won't have helped them either will it? So, yes please send me your suggestions and i will pass them over.

Thanks Gemma that's really nice of you, there are big problems in the Royal mail network at present and it will only get worse as Christmas approaches but it is what it is unfortunately. We always do our best for our customers with free replacements when the delivery goes wrong even though we have no recompense from Royal mail as is the terms of the contract we have with them. I really appreciate your understanding as it is very easy to just leave a bad review without even attempting to contact us in these instances as we have seen too frequently lately. Best regards, Mark
