You will not receive your order despite the chat advising you otherwise or saying they will refund. Ironically I did get advise from the chat to open a dispute with my bank - I thought I had no chance of getting my money back as paid by debit card (£675) so please do try this if you've fallen victim too. I did get my money back but still very angry! Please avoid.
