Fast delivery, good quality, customer support is reachable and helpful

Really Good shop. Delivery was fast and well packaged. Prices are reasonable. Good quality and extensive accessories.

The screen is perfect even for small projectors with less power. The build quality is great even into details like the soft closing. The fact that it stops in ever position makes setting up the place very easy and comfortable.

The motor of my "Elite" Screen broke down. It's impossible to get a new motor from Elite Screens Europe. They have it in the US, but the US doesn't deliver to Europe. Elite Screens Europe advised me to buy a new screen with a discount. They said putting a new motor in an existing screen gave them bad experiences. So if your screen breaks down, you just have to throw it away. Throw a 1.700$ screen away.

Product as usual of very good quality, as I knew the brand and used before so this review is not related to product quality.
But the choice of the forwarding partner, very poor.
What was 2-3 days became 2 weeks.
A pity since the products are of very good price/quality.

I bought 5D Cinegrey Saker Tab Tension, i am very pleased with it! It squeezes the best of my projector and the picture is amazing! The walls of my room no longer spoil the picture quality. I strongly recommend this screen! Also i want to thank for the great support of the staff and the fast shipping.

Great company to deal with, fast delivery, and great customer service all the issues resolved quickly. As for the screen, it has created a completely different viewing experience than without the screen. Much recommended company!

Fast delivery, good packed, good quality.and mechanics. I can’t speak about longtime quality. We will see.
For the moment I would say clear recommendation.

The product is as described on the website. Very complete kit with everything you need for installation: fasteners, screws, etc. Manual not always very clear, but ok. Not yet tested over the long term, but the screen looks very good. Delivery costs a little expensive, but the screen was delivered on time and with great care, which is very much appreciated.

I have ordered this screen after researching in different places. I’m positively surprised of the quality and the service. Elite screens is also providing a screwdriver.
The only improvement potential I can see in the instruction. It’s not very intuitive that I had to research in YouTube. Recommendation would be to create videos how to build up the screens. This would help a lot.

Regrettably, I must give a 1-star rating due to the multiple issues I've encountered with the shipping of my order. According to the information on their website, delivery was supposed to be within 2-3 business days. I placed my order expecting to receive it by December 7, 2023, but as of today, December 20, 2023, I still have not received the product.

After contacting both the company and the shipping service, the only solution they offered was to send another screen, as they cannot locate the original one they sent me. This response is unsatisfactory and does not include any compensation for the inconvenience caused. Moreover, there is no clarity on how long it will take for this "new screen" to arrive.

I am deeply disappointed with the shipping experience and the lack of efficient customer service. I expected better service and a quicker, more effective resolution to this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to my negative experience.

I had some issues with delivery, but other than that the product is very nice and of good quality/build.

I added a second screen, a 128" 16:10 EZ Frame, after owning a smaller 4:3 for two years. Everything, from materials to shipping to communication, is outstanding. Very high quality company. Delivery from Germany to Belfast takes 1 week and for a large box is hassle-free. Thank you.

Excellent Service. I got a good solution for my beamer. Even thought I messed up my first order (needed it for short distance beamer and ordered a normal).

Housing compared to previous screen very roughly finished and way too wide for the screen itself, so one outer fits most inners. Some internal coating damages on the metal also found. Screen was blocked during first unwindings and took a number of back and forth to fully untangle. RF remote failed completely after day one. Picture is good, however value for money wise I would not consider this screen again as it does not nicely integrate into living room, quality is not to price and expectation besides good quality of image display. Therefore three stars only but would not recommend unless you like black uncovered screws on the side of a white housing being 2.7m wide for a 100 inch screen, very visible and rough wall mounts that stand significantly above mounted screen and a remote that fails on day one (probably the reason why multiple remotes supplied, the IR one does still work). I am actually not returning the screen out of laziness, not because I am thrilled by the product.

The products are high quality and their support team is exceptional. They managed send my order very quickly after finding the best screen material with support and they did everything to allow me to get my order before my very tight deadline (essentially 2 days from requesting an order).

Good informative webpage, fast delivery, excellent packing and very informative papper and video guide. Great quality!
