THIS IS A SCAM!

This is a scam. The bras took a month to deliver and were too small. I have tried to contact someone to return them and get a refund to no avail

Cheap incorrectly sized drop ship items

I should have known when the invoice came back a different name than 'Elizabeth Bra'. They're drop ship items from Hong Kong. The sizes are not accurate to US sizes. Nor is the quality even worth the cost. I bought a Minimizer bra for $36.97 & over a month later, received a very sheer, no support bra that was approximately 2.5 cup sizes too small. I had to reach out 4 different times to try to get a return & refund & all they offered me was a $15 credit toward another item because "the warehouse is in Hong Kong & returns aren't easy."
Which means I'd lose out on that $36.97 PLUS whatever the balance would be after only a $15 credit. I don't want cheap quality clothing that won't fit. Why would I want another bra from there?
I should have read the reviews first.

don’t do it

Placed an order. Got charged for the order. The order never arrived. Emailed the company twice. Once with no response and once an email notification came back that the email was undeliverable.👎👎

Never buy

Never buy, the bras are nothing like they advertised. Getting a refund is impossible from them. Be ware.

The bras are garbage & CS non existent

The bras are garbage. Shortly after putting it on it popped open. I contacted CS and agreed to a partial refund rather than sending them back to China. I have been waiting since July for the refund and now it is mid October. I email them every couple days and get the same meaningless response. Do not order anything from this company.

Poor poor poor customer service

I have been trying to return sime bras since July.... I was willing to return them one day after I recd them. AND GET A BIGGER SIZE. CS advised i would have have to return China.. so they would issue credit for partial credit. BUT I NEEDed COMPLETE CREDIT..And i would return them to USA warehouse where they came from..... Customer Service is awful....i guess Elizabeth bra CS is overseas because they only response about 3am. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I got a tracking number for my order from Elizabeth bra for $53 and I should have already received it and yet nothing after 3 days what is going on is this a big scam or what?????

this product was so far below…

this product was so far below acceptable. They promised me a refund on July 4th and still waiting to spite my constant emails to them and them giving me a million excuses. My next step is reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

Zero stars

Zero stars. I can't get anyone to get back to me. The bras do not fit at all. Horrible quality and sizing is a joke. No way to return. Nobody will return my email and there is no phone number. I should have read the reviews my self before hand. DO NOT PURCHASE. HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!!!

Worthless promises

After reading their "100% hassle-free refund" policy, I ordered some bras. They arrived on April 1, but didn't fit at all. The band was too large, cups were too small. The next day I emailed customer support and requested return instructions. After multiple requests, they emailed back and offered me a refund of about 50% and a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. They didn't want the product returned. Instead of continuing the issue, I accepted the offer. Over a month later, still no refund. Yesterday (May 16) I appealed through PayPal, and after a month and a half, I am receiving a 50% refund.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They offer not refund. They simply don't provide the process to return the below-par poor quality products. They keep asking for more information about the the product doesn't fit, then they stop responding at all.

REAL DOWNER

I had my heart set on some really good bras because I'm going on a trip . when I received my bras they were terrible they fit horribly the straps wouldn't stay up and now I can't get my money back from these people I am not happy with them and I would not under any circumstances tell someone to order a bra from them.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ELIZABETH BRAS!!!!!!!!! You pay, they send you subpar bras that don’t fit and never return your money. You are given the choice of paying to return the bras ($15) or accepting 20% off of your order. Thankfully I chose not to return the bras and loose more money.

Took over 2+ months to receive. Sizing is way off. They were all too small by about 2-3 sizes. They only offer a partial refund unless you want to ship it (at your cost) back to China and then MAYBE after another 2 months they might receive it and offer a "100% money back guarantee"

Beyond disappointed

Beyond disappointed. I ordered a bra and underwear over three weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order. I spent a significant amount of money, and I have yet to here back from the company on the status of my order.

Bra was not even close to the size…

Bra was not even close to the size ordered. After many contacts was finally offered a 20%off coupon and a $20 refund on my credit card which they said would be processed in 5-7 days but may take 2-3 weeks to show on credit card. Its been 2 months and no refund has been received. Emails now are undeliverable and message says continue to store link and chats have not been responded to. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee
UPDATE - 11 months and I'm still waiting. They keep telling me that it is coming and please be patient 😒
UPDATE JANUARY 24/25 - after 15 months of being told my refund is coming I now can't even get a response and when I click on all previous responses I get a HTTP ERROR 400
