I had a problem regarding delivery and item getting lost in transit. Customer service team got in touch and replaced item now recieved and my friend is absolutely delighted with her gift

I bought a make up bag for my daughter , red with goldfish beautiful very well-made. She absolutely loves the bag. The only thing was my daughter pointed out she didn’t like how her initials had been put on it, they weren’t central to the bag. They looked a little off but apart from that all lovely thank you.

I have a number of items from Elizabeth Scarlet the latest bring the Poppy bag. I love this roomy bag which is beautifully made and look forward to using it often.
