The most stunning jewellery
I have had 3 order from E&B and I refuse to buy quality jewellery from anywhere else! I wear 2 necklaces and a pair of earrings everyday without fail and they still look brand new. The gold is perfect, the styles and shapes are stunning and the quality is so good! I have also had the chunky scrunchie and it’s my everyday comfortable work hair tie. Thank you E&B 🫶🏼

Defective earrings and slow resolution
I purchased three pairs of earrings from Elk & Bloom. Unfortunately, one of them arrived defective — the hoop does not close properly. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a photo, which I did. Now they have offered to “take a look” and fix the earring.
However, these earrings are brand new, never worn, and should not have had a defect in the first place. At the very least, I would expect a quick resolution and either a brand new replacement pair or a full refund.

Excellent service. My chosen item went out of stock but they were able to restock and send it in few days. I am wearing it on the beach as it is 18k gold plated and it is perfect, no change to the colour.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! It cost me £17 to return item which meant to be gold as the main description stated but it was sterling silver. They deducted £10 for some funny admin cost and postage back was on me

Initially, the item I had purchased did not come through on time as an error had caused them to not have the item they had listed. However - their customer service was exceptional and I was forwarded to the founder of the company to help deal with my issue and ensure the best customer experience.
