Extremely disappointed in this company…
Extremely disappointed in this company who have deducted £9.25 from the refund of a poor quality jewellry item I returned in its original condition. They also asked me to take down a negative review of the purchased item, offering me a discount for doing so. This is not an open and honest way of doing business in my opinion. Difficult to trust such traders.

Exceptional customer service
I ordered a choker necklace and there was a mixup with my initial delivery. After emailing, I had a reply from customer services within a matter of hours. A short while later I had an email from the founder with an apology and promised solution! True to their word, I received the correct order today and am over the moon. The necklace is beautiful! But I'm even more impressed with the exceptional customer service Elk & Bloom showed. The sign of a brilliant company in my opinion. I would definitely buy from them again!

Beware of this company!
The jewellery is advertised as 18ct gold, you have to did deeper to read that it’s in fact silver, coated with 18ct gold and when you receive it it looks like very bright cheap gold, you shouldn’t have to dig for the truth after misleading banners for each product. Also they show a lot of reviews around 2021 on their website saying simlilar things. If you dig deeper on trust pilot you can get to the one star reviews. I ordered an anklet for my partner on a Tuesday afternoon paying extra for next day service. I expected it to be sent out on the weds as I hadn’t ordered before midday as advertised in their postage section. I got the anklet on Saturday and they refuse to refund the postage so I now how to try through my bank. All in all not a pleasant experience and they offered me 20% off my next order which is pointless as would never order from them again. They just seem to try and deceive people.

A happy outcome
I hadn’t realised I was ordering from overseas (UK to Aus) and the delivery was needed for my daughter’s 18th bday. I didn’t pay for the increased shipping so my tracking wasn’t accurate and I was worried the parcel had gone awol. Dominique stepped in and was able to locate the parcel and confirm the delivery date. Although the gift didn’t make it in time, I’m to blame for not leaving enough time. Dominique’s level of care and customer service stands out as exceptional vs other online platforms I have used. It’s lovely talking to a human!!
