Despite the fact that the assembly errors were not Elves' responsibility, they still went above and beyond to help us. They handled our concerns with great professionalism and empathy, and even offered a replacement cockpit to help solve a bike fit issue caused by the dealer. That kind of support is rare and shows how much they care about every rider’s experience, even after the sale.

The communication was fast, friendly, and reassuring throughout. It’s clear that Elves not only produces top-quality frames and components, but also stands behind their customers with integrity and commitment.

Brought a Falath Pro for my son, absolutely stunning bike and he loves it! Great customer service

Just brilliant! After much research and deliberation I opted for the Falath Pro Disc custom paint and what a beautiful beautiful frame, Chameleon paint fade just looks awesome, everyone that’s seen it just looks in awe as it really stands out as one of a kind!

The ride is amazing, the handling almost telepathic, just point where you want to go and it just goes, paired with a set of 50mm Scribe Elan Superlight wheels this bike just wants to go fast, so effortless it’s unreal.

From the first enquiry, throughout the order process and after sales. The customer service was exemplary. Very quick replies. No problem with any question. Very enthusiastic and positive attitude.
The bike itself was delivered within the timeframe estimated. Very well packaged and protected. Was built with little problem. All seemed well made/machined within tolerances.
Bottom line is it looks fantastic (custom paint) and is amazing to ride. Excellent value for money.
Those western brands need to learn from you!
