They handled everything for our Dubai vacation perfectly. From the visa application which was so smooth because they did it all for us, to the transport that was waiting to take us to the hotel - everything was seamless. No stress at all. Truly professional and reliable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Great holiday in the Maldives with Emirates! From the process of booking (very patient Assistants in the Jumeirah, Dubai office) to the flights and accommodation - all excellent. This is my second holiday with Emirates (the last was Vegas|LA from Dubai and it did not disappoint. Look forward to booking again with Emirates next year ☺️

Very disappointing customer service from Emirates Holidays.

Before I made my booking, the team was extremely proactive — calling me back, following up and readily available whenever I needed assistance.

Unfortunately, once the booking was made and I later needed support, the experience was completely different.

Due to exceptional circumstances, I requested a goodwill review of the AED 2,204 cancellation charge and followed up several times over a period of weeks. Although automated case acknowledgements were generated, I never received a substantive response or decision on my request.

The contrast is particularly disappointing: excellent responsiveness when securing the booking, but virtually no meaningful customer support when a problem arises afterwards.

For a company carrying the Emirates name, I expected a much higher standard of after-sales service. Based on this experience, I would not book with Emirates Holidays again.

I would like to sincerely appreciate and thank the entire Emirates team for the excellent service and support you provided us, from the very first day I made our booking to the final point of picking us up from the hotel.

This was our first family trip as a family of six, including an infant, and it was also our first time travelling to Dubai. Naturally, I had some concerns and anxiety about travelling with the whole family, especially with a young baby. However, Emirates gave me the confidence and assurance that we would be well taken care of throughout our journey.

One of the things that gave me the greatest peace of mind was knowing that Emirates had arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us safely to our hotel. What impressed me even more was that you delivered exactly as promised. Everything was well organized, and the support we received made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

At some point, I genuinely felt like I was still in my own country. Knowing that the Emirates team was just a call away gave me a great sense of comfort and security. That level of care meant so much to me, particularly because I was travelling with my entire family and an infant.

Thank you, Emirates, for making our first family trip to Dubai such a wonderful and memorable experience. Your professionalism, reliability, kindness, and attention to our needs truly stood out.

Amazing experience with Emirates holidays with plenty of options in terms of hotel and flight choices. Flawless arrangement.
The only observation would be that more Skywards Miles should be awarded when booking Emirates Holidays packages beside standard air miles. That would definitely motivate us more to use Emirates holidays.

I was a great experience dealing with Emirates Holidays, as due to the situation in the Middle East, our trip was postponed from April to July, they took care of everything move, readjust flights, hotel bookings, transfers and we enjoy our holidays as if nothing had happend. Really trustfull.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, from the planning stages to the actual departure from Atlantis The Palms. A very big thanks to Dale Hopcroft of Emirates Holidays, Melrose Arch. Apart from the few doubts we had about the geopolitical situation, it all ended well. The hotel was beautiful and staff were exceptional.
Special thanks goes out to Airene, manager house keeping, Zarar and Anilinga also from house keeping for making our 47th wedding anniversary a time to remember.

Meals on the Emirates flight were not up to their usual standards, which is the only downside.
