GREAT service! Using the ID that arrived within 2 days, my dog Calvin was able to get access into Alcatraz and Muir Woods, both of which are restricted to all animals except service animals. The process was quick and the approval process took less than 15 minutes.

Very caring mental health providers, they turned around a letter for me for housing very quickly. They also responded to a required inquiry from the pet screening company quickly as well, so I was able to get my dog approved for my new apartment within days.

However, we filled out two applications for 2 support animals and got an email within 2 days with a professional letter very specific with the number of the mental health specialist. My apartment accepted them and didn't question at all. I like how they let you include as many animals as you want on the same document.

I would purchase anything again and the letter was beyond what I was asking for very detailed even said Newpor Beach California. I had a feeling it was a legit place because I looked it up there are no complaints and orange county is strict about laws so thank you 5 stars for me no problem.
