Awful service, cleaning completely substandard and took numerous emails and a month to get a refund. Dreadful communication to their own cleaners, let alone customers. Emails received from them were downright sarcastic and rude.
Apartment in Sheepcote St, Birmingham was nice, however sadly it is managed by an UNprofessional and UNreliable host (Empirelpm). If you like to stay in clean accommodation, then this is not the company to use. After untold amount of phone calls and emails an refund was agreed. We are 5 months on and this has still not been honoured. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely terrible service, they don't call back or reply to emails. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. Save yourself a lot of trouble and use another company. The room is massively overpriced, small and very dirty. Would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve the one star I've had to give them.
