CAUTION: We placed an order that was over $600 for 3 items and only received 2 items. We have tried contacting them several times through several different methods for the past 2 weeks and have not gotten a response back at all. We are missing an item that we paid $249 for and they will not respond whether it is still coming or if they are going to refund us. Be careful in ordering from this company.

I’m very pleased with Emptyoo’s commitment to fast and professional shipping. I’ve always been a worrier to international shipping and not knowing if there would be a good communication line open to their customers. But I found their emails and tracking highly ratable. I’ll continue to use their website

The box was damaged upon arrival. It is not the same structure as it is in the advertisement. Going to return n ask for my $348.00 plus tax money back! Very disappointed! One green grass rabbit is totally different from the other. Totally smashed in.

The type of products that you are selling. The price is expensive and for that reason I could not purchase more products.
I would recommend to be more specific the options to purchase. For expample, the easter carrots that I purchased it is not easy to select assorted colors instead of only one color.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific customer service. The item was five weeks late, arrived in terrible condition and broken. I’m ten emails in and can’t get proper responses. They blocked my ability to write a review on their website. Truly bizarre. I have never wrote a review before- don’t do it

Buyers beware this is a scam!
They are stealing peoples money and not delivering the product. They sent me a tracking number and send that the product was delivered and nothing was delivered and now I cannot reach a single soul. Do not waste your money on this website they will steal from you..

This company is a total scam. I purchased their product, waited a considerable amount of time for delivery, requested delivery tracking updates, and then discovered the company indicated the product had been developed. Obviously, we NEVER received the product, which we were told after the fact that it was delivered. When I required where it was delivered, they tried to tell us it was left “ in or near our mailbox”. Well, we live in a community that has those small clustered boxes, so there is not possible to leave this in or near our mailbox, the package clearly wasn’t left by our front door, as we have notification from our door video of any person by our front door, and also notifies us of any package left. I requested confirmation of the package being left four inferential times without any confirmation from this team. Ratherm this scam team first offered me a 30% refund. Then 40%, and finally, 50%,none of which I acepted. Be warned. Total BS.

I ordered 200USD of product from them and it’s a daily email trail where they tell me they’ve tried to deliver but they have not and refuse to refund. Absolute scam.

Well I tried calling, and no one answered, plus the mailbox was full. Also, I live in Alaska, and I had to pay international shipping charges which isn't fair as we are part of the 50 United States the last time I checked. Amazon is free shipping here. I also tried to sign up for the % off with my email and your site wouldn't take any of my emails. Now I am waiting to see what the quality of you are items are and how they take to get here.

I usually don’t leave reviews. I ordered the tall ghosts. It took forever to deliver once I received. I could not believe I paid $80 super cheap!!! Even my kids laughed asking if I bought from Temu. It literally came with 2 cheap poles and balloons for me to blow up…. Such a joke

Notified item shipped when it had not. Refund requested not applied 10 days after they said it was refunded. Filed credit card claim.
