My order couldn't be fulfilled because of an error made by Enchanted Planet but Amanda was quick to email an apology and gave me various options. She was lovely to speak to and so incredibly helpful - definitely the personal touch that we all look for when shopping!

Beautifully wrapped and delivered quickly. The bag I had (with the elephant) is lovely and holds all my swimming gear in just right. And the towel (large) is so lovely and soft, dries me nicely and then rolls up to fit perfectly in its little carry bag. All in all well worth the money ❤️❤️
