A wonderful, independent shop. You can buy eco items in many places online, but I choose this one because they have a huge range, great prices and above all, fantastic customer service. Items come carefully wrapped, and it's a treat to open them. I had to contact Enchanted Planet about a delivery problem (not their fault) and they resolved it quickly, helpfully and kindly. You can trust this company, and it's great to support a small business. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely shocked today when I opened my parcel, I discovered an addition to my order a lovely set of reindeer spoons as an apology for the items arriving late. The reindeer plates that I ordered are absolutely lovely and will make my two little boys very happy on Christmas eve when they receive their Xmas eve boxes. I can't thank you enough for your generosity and will be using your service again. =)
