Scam artists or completely incompetent, or maybe both. How the hell can you send a yearly bill through with a FULL breakdown of why you are being charged what you are, how the money is being used, etc, then 6 months later change your mind and demand more money.
More money every year for less work, replaced all the nice wooden fences with V Mesh fencing making the estate look like a industrial estate, so saving money there not having to maintain the wooden fence, removed the kids playground, again saving money not having to maintain that, yet each year you charge more and apparently your not even happy with that and want to change your mind at a later date and charge even more.
Mary Long of Encore has always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues. She responds promptly, is friendly and efficient. She helped to progress the sale of our flat by responding to solicitor’s enquiries super-fast.

Concierge at our building have been wonderful since move-in. We're in a brand new development by Berkley so there have been a few things that have been a bit cumbersome and slow, but that's expected in this type of situation. The management & security/facilities teams with Encore have been great. Steven, among others, who work the daytime shifts are always cheerful and happy to help direct you when you have questions. Have had a great experience with them so far.

The company exhibits scam-like behaviour through poor service in the Gunwharf area, rude and threatening managers, and overcharging residents, while also selecting biased individuals for the Resident Management Company. They seem to forget that residents pay for their services, and this is our property; they are here to work for us. Additionally, the hiring of unprofessional and potentially unsafe concierge staff and harassing residents they target raises serious safety concerns, undermining trust and well-being within the community. Concierge staff are rude and abusive towards residents, with one incident even reported to the police for affecting teenage girls. They lack proper customer service, often replying with automated, AI-generated responses. They have chosen residents' representatives but appointed them in a way that allows little transparency, often dictating terms without clear explanation. The building has shifted from being a luxury residence to a holiday let, and as permanent residents, we are paying, while these individuals are making significant profits. Managers and concierge staff are aware of this and assist in locating their daily or weekly guests.
The staff couldn’t do more for you and are always so friendly and welcoming, notably John, Janet and Melissa. They make an effort to get to know everyone & even my dog loves going over to say hello to them every morning, they always make a fuss of him.
