Great discounts and convenient shipping, but item conditions need improvement
Shopping on END. is very convenient, especially with direct international shipping, which completely saves me from worrying about forwarders or customs clearance. The discount rate was also quite impressive. Regarding customs duties, they were required, but the amount completely fell within the estimated range calculated by third-party AI tools.
However, the condition of the items was somewhat disappointing. I purchased three Arc'teryx hardshell jackets (two black, one grey) in total. One of the black jackets showed clear signs of being tried on; when it arrived, all the hem drawcords were pulled tightly, causing noticeable shrink wrinkles in the fabric. As for the grey jacket, there were visible black oily stains on the cuff that had already penetrated into the nylon fibers.
Considering the steep discount, I understand these might be "b-grade" or slightly flawed items. Since international return costs are too high, I decided to keep them and handle/clean them myself.
Overall, END. is still a convenient platform, but I hope they can inspect item conditions more strictly before dispatch, or at least explicitly label defects on the product page.
