Excellent experience. Called on a Thursday for EPC, EICR, Gas safety certificate, boiler service arranged for all to be done on Friday afternoon. Polite, respectful tradesmen who took of their shoes. Took 3 days for the reports to be produced. Responsive on the telephone, reasonable & transparent prices, no attempts to upsell.

We had an EPC carried out in early June and found Daniel to be very professional and pleasant. He arrived on time, did a good extensive survey and we received the certificate promptly. We would recommend Daniel for anyone wanting an EPC done on their home.

We had a brilliant service from Daniel Pina, Director @ Energy Performance Solutions Ltd. We needed a new EPC completed as soon as possible in order to put our house on the market. He came the next day and carried out the survey thoroughly. Daniel was incredibly polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He delivered on what he promised, providing the new EPC within a few days. He only asked for payment once the EPC was ready to send through and provided it immediately on payment.

I can only recommend Daniel highly.

Thoroughly professional service from first contact to receiving the report. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The service is very competitively priced and I would suggest, as a seller, much better to go to this independent company rather than paying for an estate agency to organise, as it is easy and more cost-effective to do yourself.

Simple and straightforward. Punctual and helpful. Very good overall.

Daniel went above and beyond a simple visit. Took the time to speak through all the issues with the house and how they can be remediated. Knowledgeable, professional. Highly recommended

Daniel was quick to respond and arrange visits to carry out two EPCs. He was very pleasant to deal with and both visits went very smoothly and on time. The certs were available in a couple of days. So all in all very good.

EPC Survey
I had the standard EPC survey. Was easy to organise, done accurately and professionally, and turned around in just a couple days. Competitive price compared to some others, and good quality! Would definitely recommend.
