Everything is so deceiving about this brand... firstly the colour is nothing like the videos 📹 and 2ndly the hair definitely isn't high grade south American hair 😅 it's like cheap Indian or very corse type dry tangle easy hair... also oh my God! DA WORST LACE CAP EVERRRRR!! LOOKS FAKE AND SOOOO ITCHYY THICK AND TACKYYYYY!! WORSE QUALITY CAP IVE EVER SEEN AND IM AN EXPERIENCED WIG BUYER!! UNI WIGS EVEN A BUDGET CHEAP CHINESE BRAND IS 10000000 BETTER THAN THIS SCAMMER!! SHE EVEN BLOCKED 🚫 ME CAUSE I complained too!! Tells you everything the woman is a crook!!!!

The company is called hairalicious.com but I couldn't add the right name. Can someone correct please?
I tried to contact them on numerous ocassions, their website says they reply within 2 days, not true. I am glad I have not placed an order with them as this is clearly some kind of scam. They charge vat on wigs that are half price on Hairvivi making them very expensive. Some people are vat exempt but they don't acknowledge this, making me think thru commit fraud. I will be checking this with appropriate bodies. But in the meantime avoid!

I’m honestly impressed with Hairalicous. I got the Glueless wig in color “GIGI HADID” (mid-length) wig and the quality is so good, soft, full, and super easy to style. The hairline is amazing and parting look really natural, and it’s been low-maintenance, which I love. Definitely worth it.

Stay away. Unless you want to waste thousands of dollars, shop elsewhere. Yes, they look nice when they arrive. The colors are pretty. The hairline looks real, but the actual quality is so disgusting that it begins to deteriorate within weeks of purchase. Especially after the first wash. STAY FAR AWAY

I just spent 3 thousand dollars 💸 on their deluxe brazilian wig and it's definitely Indian cheap quality hair so frizzy and corse!! Cheap quality also don't even go there on the construction CAP quality 🙄 omg the cheapest fake lace make my head so itchy after an hour of wearing their cheap cap non-breathable cheap and hot and thick. Also doll hair quality is a joke 😃 also the hair colour isn't even the same. I paid for a warm blonde 👱‍♀️ and got a stupid grey silver tone one. This company is a SCAM. Honestly just go on etsey and support a local small hand made and hand tied made wigs.

It’s a scam website. I placed the order, literally in one hour sent them email asking to cancel because I found the same wigs with the same picture on aliexpress but three times cheaper! They were refusing to refund, then refunded but holded 5% restocking fee. How they could charge restocking fee if order wasn’t even processed and shipped I don’t know. Going to dispute charges with my bank. So be advised.
Also as soon as I started to dig dipper in all this wigs stuff I’m 100% sure it’s not real hair. They make them in China. It’s quite new technology when to very thin polymer “hair” is covered with proteins. Usually from herbs or from shells of crabs or something like that. So this hair when you perform a burn test small similar to real hair:) But only if you try to dye or bleach it you’ll see it’s impossible:) but I swear it looks and feels like a real hair if you don’t know how to check it:)

I‘m new to wigs and was very hesitant about online ordering. But the wigs I saw in shops physically just never had that realistic, WOW look I was hoping for. So after some research, I had narrowed down three online shops and chose Hairalicious because I liked both the look and the price. Also their page is really easy to navigate to help choosing the right piece with the right cap and the perfect colour for your skintone.
Still, as a newbie I sent a long email with all my questions and concerns that was immediately responded to. What a great service!
The wig arrived approximately a week after arrival (UPS was a bit unreliable but we worked it out) and I was stunned. Straight out of the box, I could pop the piece right on and it looked and felt great! Soft shiny luscious hair, styled in cute waves, with a hyperrealistic hairline. Lots of hair, so be prepared!
Of course every wig needs a bit of customization, styling and also, the wearer needs to get used to suddenly having so much hair! But once I learned how to style her, I have loved wearing her every single time.
I have a couple more wigs on my Hairalicious wishlist, and I‘m excited to try out more!

I recently ordered a piece from this company and when I received it this wig was tangled as if it had been worn . Also , hair was bulky on top and very back of hair . I looked at the piece in direct sun and it was orange . Coloring was terrible did not look like pictures at all . I questioned the hair quality if it was real hair or not . I reached out to owner and she just wanted to explain tutorials on how to lay hair flat and basically justify the fact the hair was tangled and color was terrible ! She blamed it on transport . Hair does not tangle in a silk bag and package . I received many and none ever were in this condition ! Never once did she offer a return ! They make excuses for the hair you receive being tangled and not matching color in photos or the poor quality and how bulky the wig is made! I hope this helps someone else there is far better made wigs and real human hair with companies that know how to make them properly to look realistic .
