I've rented a room in Barcelona through Enter Coliving. The whole process from the get-go was really pleasant. I was greeted on WhatsApp by Claudia, the agent at Enter Coliving, who guided me through everything. She was really easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and I really appreciate her help through the whole process.

The service provided by the enter coliving team was fast, objective, clear and effective. Mike accompanied me on a visit to a flat he was kind, his explanations were clear and very helpful.

At the beginning I was really worried about finding an apartment in Barcelona but Claudia from “Enter Coliving” really helped me by showing me the rooms of several apartments, I wanted to see. She was very kind, always responded to me very quickly and helped me whenever I had questions about i. e. rental contract or something else. When moving to a different city in another country, I have lots of things to worry about but that wasn’t one of it.

Great service! The weekly cleaning service is pretty good, and the staff is very responsive to issues one might face during their stay. Nice facilities available already (washing machine, TV, dishes, etc) to make settling in hassle-free. Your stay will depend a bit on people you are co-living with, but they try to take care when selecting who comes in. Special thanks to Analex for assistance during the process!

I lived in an Enter Coliving shared flat for several months. My general experience is very good, thanks a lot to Analex for responding quickly and helpful to diverse requests. Also, I had several maintenance requests which were all taken care of quickly and usually the problems got solved ;)

4/5 because of the relatively high price compared to comparable flats in the same area.

Isabelle helped me find an appartement, she was very reactive and answer my demands, thank you !

EnterColiving have been great also, they were quick to help me at the office, respond to emails within a couple days and dispatch maintenance where necessary.

Took off a star for the cockroachs in the kitchen. This has been communicated multiple times to EnterColiving from different people. Months have passed, one roommate has already left because of it and there has still been no real action taken. There is clearly an infestation and asking the cleaner to lay a bit of poison is not sufficient. Professional exterminators need to be brought in for this issue to be resolved.

Besides this however, I would recommend EnterColiving. Plenty worse agencies out there!

I really like the experience of visiting the places and Isabelle has been really great and helpful in showing me the places. Would really consider Enter Coliving the next time as well.
