Terrible experience, their website would have been outdated 10 years ago. All wrong.

better than other ticketing companies like AXS or Ticketmaster, more solid server, when there is an error, you can refresh or get back one step without losing everything done before

The service fee of appx. 10% per ticket is like you are performing with the bands, not just selling the tickets. The service for buying tickets for Radiohead was horrible.

DISSCLAIMER: I have purchased physical tickets with this platform in the past wih no issues, always arrived to my address.

The last purchase I bravely chose physical tickets with a gift wrap option (60th birthday of my mother). I received a shippment confirmation email from Entradas on 24th of April.

Well, on 7th of May, they informed me that there is something wrong with my address (it is the same as in the past) and the courier cannot deliver it, so they will change my tickets to digital.

No refund for the shipping and gift wrap, no tracking number, no further information. The customer service members seem to copy-and-paste the same blunt statements. I know my address hasn't change and I know I have already received ticket on my address in the past.

What is confusing me is that they are saying that my address did not come up in their system as a real address BUT the shipping company is already in possesion if the tickets so they will not resent them again.

What a dissapointment, this never happened with Ticketmaster or Livenation.

After searching for concert tickets in Barcelona for Jethro Tull on several websites we booked through Entradas. They were the easiest to use to determine where our seats would actually be and their cost was very competative. We do not live in Spain so this transaction was challenging until we found Entradas.

We bought two tickets through the entradas.com site for Santana in Marbella at the Starlite on 03/08/2025 but have not received any tickets. The money has been deducted from out credit card and is itemised on our statement giving the recipient of the money as entradas. We have given the authorisation code and the transaction number for this payment to entradas.com who have replied saying they don't sell tickets for this event!! We can no no longer find a page on the entradas.com website selling tickets for Santana at Marbella Starlite on 03/08/2025.Can anyone shed any light on this? Answers gratefully anticipated.

Just gorgeous. We loved everything about it!

I tried to buy a presale tickets but I couldn’t choose by myself the seat I wanted to try to get, the system did it by his own. In the evening I tried again on the website to check the availability and I was able to choose in the map the remaining tickets but the price was 3 times higher because people bought them and resell them more☠️

Comparado con otros teatros, el proceso para comprar entradas es bastante laborioso.

I wanted to book two tickets for Harry Potter Madrid at a certain time. I made an error, and ended up booking three tickets. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to get one refunded, but I contacted Entradas via Facebook messaging, and I was refunded within 30 minutes. Very impressed, as not the service I was expecting.
