It was unclear what the different ticket categories were. There was no overall seating chart to review. The site timed out in way less than 15 minutes and wouldn’t allow a new purchase for a while. Then the credit card number entered backwards!

I purchased Bruce Springsteen tickets. I found last year experience far better. This year there was the category of “top seats” priced at €395 but the seat map didn’t indicate at all where those seats would be. So I changed for top tier reserved seats category, it was showing “sold out” then became available again but when I clicked it was either “search unsuccessful” or “more than the seats left”. It was very confusing and frustrating.

Second bad experience buying Springsteen tickets.

In typical Spanish fashion something that should take fewer than 3 minutes becomes over complicated.

It took me 4 minutes to buy tickets on the French equivalent by the way.

Was in the queue from 09:45 ready for the sale at 10:00. Added the tickets at 10:01 but the webpage kept refreshing and keeping me on the same page.

Little did I know, I had to access Entradas via doctor music to be in a queue.

This was not communicated at all.

All we can say is wow. This intimate venue was just the right place to watch this show. I've played guitar for over 20 years and the guitarist that played in this show was incredible. Put that with a fantastic singer and flamenco dancer and you've got a very enjoyable and well worth the price show. Would definitely recommend this show,

Easy to use site too buy tickets, cinema nice and clean with nice staff. Would love more English language films as we would come to everyone we would want to see.

I couldn’t even get up to the Setas because I ordered through this website and the tickets wouldn’t download. The staff at the Setas said they couldn’t do anything about it or refund the ticket because it wasn’t through their website. Very disappointing and hard to reach customer service.

Hugely impressed, no attempts at rip-offs, which is unusual in this industry. Just good honest customer service. Please expand your business to the UK!

Website was easy to navigate and link to tickets was sent once payment was made.

The website was easy to understand and use. Received my confirmatory email promptly with instructions yo download PDF tickets.
Only problem appeared to be that my name was not given to the event promoter so we were down as 2 x no names!
Can't understand why name wasn't given as obviously it was taken for payment!

Booked & purchased tickets. The site was easy to navigate & choose which seats we wanted. Can't wait to go to Marbella Arena.

Everything worked without problems, instant delivery and good support. Can only recommend for football tickets, I bought tickets for Atlético Madrid vs Dortmund for the Champions League.

Send me wrong tickets but were not willing to change it. Very inflexible and not willing to corporate. Will never buy with them again

Paid 300 euros for rammstein first row concert tickets and havent gotten any information about when my tickets are arriving, only tickets are being prepared, and they wont answer my mails!!!!, i hope the tickets still arrive because there is 8 months until the concert, but still sketchy, i wouldnt recommend buying from there theyre website is so sketchy, buy from another ticket website that mails you the tickets right away they are much safer!!! , but is still hope my tickets arrive!!!!, i have been waiting for over 1 month for the tickets but still no info when the tickets arriving and so.

REAL MADRID CF - REAL VALLADOLID - excellent seats and downloaded ticket, a little wary with many bad reviews but excellent for us. real madrid official website refuse credit cards outside spain and receptionist at stadium suggested entrades the seats were as agreed and worked well,
we had tried all week on official website to get to seats together then refused my payment but straight forward on this site thanks
